I ordered this phone for my mother.I am currently using a Samsung Phone. And because it does have the pure android experience which is simple enough.Now I searched for the processor used in this model.Mediatek dimensity 6100+ which is very good in this price range.The phone battery is also one factor.6000 mah battery is very high range.It support 25 w fast charging.so these are some of the things I ordered this phone for.And I am not regretting

You can definitely get a better hardware at this price but if you want a better software and screen then go for it. The processor feels a bit slow but overall it's good. Don't go for cheaper phones as there are so many privacy issues with them.

Serious hanging issues. I am a samsung lover.here I am advising that don't buy this basic model.mobile charging issues. Hanging heavily lost 5 times in a day.mobile gets switched of automatically twice a day.i complained to amazon during last day of my return window closing. They create a inspection order on very next day .they refused to return/refund due to inspection date exceeded return period. This absolutely shame on the service.ultimately customer suffering with phone. This phone touch response also very slow .please kindly don't waste money on this model. Better go to other models.

Picture quality, sound quality, everything thing is beyond expectations in this price, charging is moderate speed but battery backup is better than any other in the segment. Phone is a little heavy due to large battery. Camera quality is reasonable. Software support also given upto Android 18 and another 1 year for security updates.

Doesn't looks lime a premium phone. Looks like a big , fatty phone, screen is not good as you compare to other super Amoled Displays. Sometimes get little slow while using. Camera is okay. All the features are just fine , can't say something like amazing or beast. You can find other mobile phones better at this price range. Also there is no Adapter.

Samsung is now making phone of 10-12 K range is like a dabba. So many problems like phone hang, display is not working properly. So don't buy.
