This fan is great. I've only had it a week, and I've already recommended it to several friends. An electrician fitted it for me easily. I don't think you need to be an expert DIYer to do it yourself, as the instructions were fairly good (even tho they were just pictures)It's lovely and quiet on the low speeds, and even in the hot weather, the low speed gives out a gentle cool breeze. It's a bit like a hurricane on no6!! I haven't tried the lights much, but there are three tones, and all of them can be dimmed. The timer is super useful as well, as on hot nights, I've put it on and fallen asleep, knowing it will turn off.My only issue is the remote control has a very loud beep every time you press it. I emailed the company and within a couple of hours they sent me instructions on how to disable the beep (but this involves dismantling, and removing a piece from the circuit board) I'm going to live with it for a bit....Overall a great bargain, and I'd definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Assembly and installation easy following the instructions. Very neat when finished. The fan has 6 speeds and for our space number 2 is just nice. It has 3 different lighting moods and is totally dimmable to dark on each setting. The remote is easy to use. The construction and material is very good and I would highly recommend this ceiling light/fan. We bought this with a discount and think it’s great value. The performance is effortless and virtually no noise.

Good compact design and the fan is nice and quiet. Only thing I would criticise is that the cartridge you insert to connect mains power has 2 leads that are much too short, do it's a bit of a faff to connect. That's only reason I didn't give it the full 5stars

This product exceeded expectations, perfect for the bedroom. Very quiet motor, light works well, only slight issue is the dimmer you have to press a lot of times to dim right down (would be better to press and hold) but literally that’s the only negative I can think of. Instructions were good maybe put instructions for loop systems as well as single wiring for us less knowledgable diyers.Actually thinking about buying these for all rooms. 😀

The single best purchase I've ever made. Our bedroom has been like an oven forever, and trying to sleep at night with desk fans blowing directly into my face and making insane amounts of noise isn't great.This ceiling fan has the entire room nice and cool, and it's almost silent! The first three speeds make virtually no sound at all, and even at high speed, it's nothing compared to a desk fan.The assembly of the product was simple enough, and once you've understood the wiring it's also quite straight forward.I've already ranted and raved about this to many people, and want anyone considering buying one that it's 100% worth it. Looks great, sounds great, feels great.

The supplied LED driver/remote control controller was supplied with the incorrect terminators on one of the cables making it utterly useless. Now left with no fan but also no ceiling light. Amazon incapable of sending out a replacement unit immediately .. have to wait 48 hours in the dark .. I should add the ceiling screws supplied are made of the softest metal imaginable and strip very quickly and then you can't take them out. Seems like another piss poor Chinese made product.
