works great. I have a 20+ year old weed wacker made by Ryobi its lokin pretty ugly but refuses to die. Yes, I like Ryobi

Major part no longer available!
This was a good blower until it broke. NOW, IT IS JUNK! The part no longer available, is the 'Homelite Fan Axial Stage 1.'" This is no longer manufactured and cannot be purchased antwhere. Thus, the motor starts well, but is useless, for what broke were four small plastic extensions of this plastic drive fan that fit into the gas engine that literally drive the blower mechanism.

Unreasonably Reliable
I’ve had this thing for like 5 years and it hasn’t let me down yet. It’s even seen some professional use without issue. I thought I was buying a disposable unit when I got it for 120 on sale at HD but it surprises me every season. Outlasted my echo handheld I’ve had for much less time
