Started running again a few weeks ago after many years off, used this to alleviate the pain I was getting in my feet and it works a treat; the curve means you can put your foot into different places to put pressure where you need - I use the wheel bit as well. The only slight downside is the black rubber wheels are not great on solid floors as they slip a bit so best to use on a carpet / rug / mat.

I've been dealing with a sore foot for a while, and after hearing about the benefits of a foot roller, I decided to give this one a try. So far, it’s been doing exactly what I need. I bought this in the hope that it would help my plantar fasciitis and I’m pleased to say that it has. It is firm and slightly spiky but does not cause any discomfort and after sitting rolling my foot over it for approximately ten minutes it has brought me some pain relief. At this point I have only been using it for a few days I feel hopeful that it will bring me longer term relief. I would recommend this product.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and really painful heels from standing on a hard floor surface all day, when I first received it I thought no way is this going to do anything, was worried from some reviews saying it was to painful for them. The roller is a well made solid piece, and the rubber nodules are not too long , at first tried it sitting down but calf muscles started to ache after 4 minutes so gave up. Than I thought there are some really good reviews about pain relief so I thought try standing up, one hand against the wall for support and to stop my full weight on the roller as I don’t think is intended, well what a difference, I had full control with the help of the rubberized material centre to concentrate targeting certain areas, as in my foot arch, instep , heel and toe pad area, only done 10 minutes each foot and heard a few clicks/pops on one area that was painful and surprised the pain had eased off, I am a female and size 7 foot, and found it quite comfortable to use and I’m not pressing lightly, I’m digging it in the areas which I feel comfortable with, 30 minutes later the after effects of pain relief are still their and not doing my hobbling walk when I get up from sofa. Its an incentive to use daily than to suffer from pain.

Reasonably priced. Definitely helps and easy to use.

Va premesso che certi oggetti possono portare dei benefici ad alcuni e ad altri no,quindi vanno lette con mente aperta.Personalmente mi aiutano a sciogliere un po la pianta del piede,lo uso sopratutto la sera prima di dover andare a fare una lunga camminata.Lo uso anche quando sento che una qualche parte della pianta del piede inizia ad essere un po indolenzita…non fa miracoli,ne risolve problemi particolari ai piedi,ma aiuta un po ad alleviare la stanchezza,le tensioni e i dolori alla pianta del piede,poi ci stà che a qualcuno aiuti a risolvere un qualche tipo di problema,ma non posso affermarlo.Sembra ben fatto e robusto.Ovviamente non bisogna montarci sopra con tutto il peso,ma con la giusta pressione,che consenta di fare un movimento avanti e indietro al piede e ci fa sentire che sta lavorando sulla parte interessata.

Ik heb deze roller gekocht omdat ik last heb van hielspoor en pijn onder mijn voet. Na een paar dagen dagelijks gebruiken merk ik al duidelijk verschil. De rol voelt stevig aan en masseert goed de voetzool en fascia. In het begin wat gevoelig, maar daarna geeft het echt verlichting. Ook handig dat je de druk zelf kan bepalen. Simpel product, maar voor mij zeker nuttig geweest.

Je l’utilise 3 fois par jour pendant 5 minutes C’est agréable et relaxant
