This Vitamin D soft gel is easy to swallow. It seems quite effective. No unpleasant aftertaste. I take it to prevent hair fall as a 40 year old. Great value as well.

This vitamin D supplement is a nice--and superior--alternative to the one I had been taking. The other one has twice the amount of vitamin D3, but since this offers higher absorption, it seems like a much better deal to me, giving me a higher delivered dose but on paper consuming a much lower amount compared to the recommended maximum.It'll take a long time to determine if I notice a major difference, if I'm able to feel one, but I'm reviewing this product on a few key points. First, as noted above, this is only 125% of the RDA compared to 250%, but it's more available. Second, while this costs more than my other supplement, at a cost of about $30 per year (at the time of this review) it's very affordable. Third, since this is produced in Japan, I'm very comfortable with the quality of the product. Fourth, though I'm not vegan, I do appreciate that this uses a vegan formulation.Overall, I am really happy with this vitamin D supplement and plan to use it to replace the one I used to take.

Appears to be what I purchased -- a decent quantity of D3 pills for a decent price. Can't verify 470% absorbency or anything like that, but they seem to be subbing in fine for my usual store brand Vitamin D.

We all need D. Particularly in the colder months. This supply of 240 will last me 8 months at taking 1/day. Very cost effective brand. They are so small and easy to swallow. I like the gel cap for better absorption. Great buy that performs well and keeps you vitamin rich!

I mainly recommend this supplement for Vegans, as the vegan friendly ingredients seem to be the main focus of this supplement. Unlike regular d3 these capsules have an opaque white liquid inside of them, rather than a golden transparent oil you commonly see in regular d3 supplements. When taking these supplements, I found there was no trouble swallowing them, they have no aftertaste and do not cause gas of any sort. I would not however recommend these to anyone who isn't a vegan considering the pricepoint (19.90 at the time of reviewing), and the amount of capsules included (240).

So far it’s been great. We just started using it about a week ago. So if it doesn’t work or isn’t effective, I will return with my update.

The color of the capsules are rather pretty and a creamy color. They're round and easy to swallow. For someone like me who never gets enough sunlight, this is fantastic. The value for money is great too, 240 capsules. The bottle is air tight and durable with a easy to remove cap. I like that the vitamin D is encapsulated in fat molecules so it makes it past the stomach into the gut where it then gets up taken.

Love this brand so was excited to see this offering!But then i thought..oh no...i was told yrs ago vegan d us NotD3 but rather D 2... Knowing what a good brand this isI hadto investigate..This is what i found..🌿D2 is always vegan, while vitamin D3 is Usually derived from animal sources, although it can be made from lichen or microalgaas these are🌿Yay..i always said we should like the lichens ( on trees, people oftenTry to scrub the poor guys off, no need)Now another reason to like them...Easy to swallow,like the release, good companion toMy vesseclear!Ill definitely buy again!..💊💊💊💊💊
