Good, but not great.
I own Trick or Treat's evil Gremlin and that is a great piece. Full size, well-detailed and convincing. Gizmo isn't in that league. I think there is some debate over whether this is full-size but the movie Gizmo varies in size from puppet to puppet and they have chosen the cutest size shall we say. It's 9 inches tall.Gizmo is mostly fur and that's a tricky thing not to just look like some soft toy. They don't fully manage that here but it's pretty convincing. The paintwork is simplistic - but there is little to paint. As the eyes are such a huge part of Gizmo the fact they are just painted is the biggest issue in recreating his look. As a puppet, it is tiny and really only for the smallest hands. But the 4 stars are for one simple reason. It looks like Gizmo. They have captured the film look. It's expensive for its size, but a worthwhile collectable.

Gizmo
My son is happy with his gizmo puppet, but he did say there could be more room for his hand and more movement in the puppet,

Poor quality product
This 'puppet' is really quite poor. It is made from a thin rubbery material with fur stuck on it. The eyes are poorly painted, there is excess glue that needed removing, the nails on his fingers and toes look grimey (unlike in the movies). Some of the fur needed a trim and some even fell out. Fortunately I can rectify all of this as the underlying figure is quite accurate and I happen to have some skills in this area. Overall I was quite disappointed with it as a finished item.

It looks nothing like the product photos. Stay well away!
I have the Trick or Treat Stripe Gremlin, and it's great. Well...some of the painting isn't great, especially the eyes, but it feels like a good, premium prop. This Gizmo, though, is shockingly bad. It's painted as if the work experience kid did it with mop.As well as being shoddily made, and being FAR too small for a supposed accurate prop, it is insultingly expensive.I promise you, if this was three quid next to tills at Asda, you'd pick it up, take a proper look, and put it back down. It's honestly just extremely cheap pound shop tat, but at a price that convinces you that you'll be getting a decent product.
