I got a small for my kitten's post spay surgery recovery. As soon as we got home from the vet, she got the zoomies and just started jumping everywhere. This playpen definitely made her recover quick! The material has a cheap quality feel and the zipper could be sturdier. Cleaning is easy but not waterproof so make sure to use puppy pad under the area where the water is. Gave it 5 stars, since I only keep her in the playpen when I'm at work so the size really doesn't matter, it works for me.👍

i have three one year old cats and they fit absolutely perfectly. I bought for the recovery of one my girls and i love it for her. It’s way bigger than i had expected and im very satisfied with the turn out. set up was super easy, but i just know this is going to be hell to put back into the bag lol, but it’s okay. definitely worth it😊

Small size claims to be big enough for two cats even shows a litterbox inside, it is not even large enough for my 8 week old kitten. Even a small Litterbox will take up the largest compartment, food and water will barely fit on the other no room for bedding or anything. I purchased because the reviews said it was perfect for kitten "habitat" they must be talking about the large size. I'm sending back and ordered the large. Will write a new review for the large when it comes. But I don't recommend the small for any cat or dog or kitten or puppy or any animal really not even a guinea pig because my kitten is probably smaller than most guinea pigs and it was too small for him. This thing is truly tiny. This thing DOES NOT FOLD BACK UP IN THE BAG!! SMALL OR LARGE SIZE!! It's nearly IMPOSSIBLE so IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING PORTABLE THIS IS NOT IT!! You will be wrestling with it until you are blue in the face using all 4 limbs holding down pieces trying to force the sides of the bag together so you can zip it closed. Ive tried with both sizes and can confirm NEITHER SIZE folds back. Infact when I opened it, it was packed so tightly that as soon as I unzipped it the thing sprang free right and popped open in my face with so much force it bruised my nose!! So beware!! Hold away from you when opening!! And don't expect to be able to pack it back up without a huge struggle. REVIEW ON LARGE: the large size is perfect for a kitten habitat to keep a new kitten in at night or while you are out while it's getting used to the house, i would say it's large enough for a large cat or maybe a small dog/puppy as well! It fits litter box, food, water, bed, and toys! My son even crawled inside of it and it was big enough for him! The large is only a couple bucks more than the small so if you are looking to get one don't make my mistake ordering the small, ORDER THE LARGE If you are looking to get one.

I bought the large size after finding two kittens in my backyard and needing a safe way to keep them contained inside my house when I wasn’t home. It ended up being useful for more than I expected. There is plenty of room for two kittens to play, and I also moved it into a common area so the kittens and my dog could safely get used to each other. Even when the kittens aren’t contained in it, they still play in and around it. I would leave a small opening so they could come and go while sharing the space with my dog. I also took it to my mom’s house when she watched the kittens for a weekend, so I think this would be really useful for anyone who needs to bring kittens or cats somewhere for pet sitting. My biggest complaint is folding it up. It definitely doesn’t collapse easily, and I still haven’t figured out a good way to completely fold it back down. When I transported it, I ended up using a couple of clothespins to hold parts of it together, which worked, but it was awkward. It has done a great job keeping the kittens contained, the large size gives them enough space to play, and for the price I think it has been very useful. I would buy it again.

I previously rewied this cat playpen from my cell phone, but couldn't figure out how to attach pics. Here are the pics of my (two 5 lb each) kittens inside. It was easy to set up. It is very light weight and when the kittens started running around in it, it slid all over the house. I put a litter box in the short side and that stablized it. There is also room for their small bed, toys and food in the taller tent. We are very happy and pleased with the playpen.

It’s ok. Spacious enough for my two 7 mo old kittens, 10.2 lbs and 8.5 lbs, plus a litterbox, and 2 food bowls, and a water bowl. I had to bring them to work with me one day, and this was very helpful for that. Lightweight, and they loved the tunnel. I gave 3 stars because 1) the tops, especially on the shorter side dip inward, which was annoying for my cats 2) GOOD LUCK folding it back up to fit into the bag it comes in. I was worried about breaking the boning or whatever is inside that gives it “structure”, because they don’t seem that strong and I kept hearing them make a cracking sound. 3) the instructions for folding it back up are AWFUL, the pictures show basically nothing and the text is short and vague. The video on the Amazon page is sped up so good luck with that, plus also doesn’t show or explain enough. I finally got it to kind of fit into the bag, but it’s not right because the bag is an oval and the zipper is SCREAMING from barely holding it together. What’s the point??? Just make the bag slightly larger, or make it easier to fold. Also, there’s a rod in the video to help hold the tops up that I didn’t receive. Not sure if the design changed or something but my cats sure would have appreciated the rods to keep the tops up.

So far, it is exactly what I need. We recently got a litter of 4 kittens for our farm, but there are way to many places for 8 week old kittens to hide in our house while we are at work. I had to keep them in a small dog cage while we were at work. This gives them plenty of space to run and play safely. Hopefully it will be durable enough to safely contain them till they get a little older and bigger

This item is actually very nice in quality and fairly easy to put together. However, it wasn’t until after I put it together and put my cat in it that I realized that there’s no way for the my little guy to look out. There is mesh only on the UPPER surface of the smaller section and of course in the tunnel. So he has a great view of the sky, but can’t see anything except if he lays in the tunnel and looks around. This is a pretty serious design flaw that somebody should have thought about when creating this product. I’m still not sure if I will return it. If there had been at least one mesh panel, where my kitty could look out to see what’s around him, I would’ve given this 5 stars.

Good quality. The cat loves it and demands to go outside everyday during nice weather. Safe and secure way for the in-house cat to get a taste of outside with out harm to them or wildlife!
