Mounted the S2 lights in the grille of my 2024 Silverado 1500 ZR2. The S2 lights fit perfectly in the grille opening.

What you are getting is race quality lighting. The product is manufactured to the highest standards. This model is the flood pattern which means it will send more light in the foreground rather than down range. With that being said, they might not be the best option for ditch lights (like mine are loacted). They do throw a lot of light across the hood. They would be better suited mounted at the bumper and lower. You can contact Baja Designs and see if there is a lens swap that can get you a spot beam pattern (not sure for this model). I've had lights from other big names amd they simply haven't lasted as long as BD do.

Very happy with these lights, they are my first purchase of Baja Designs brand and will not be my last. I was looking for a lamp to illuminate along the front corners & sides of my Jeep to help when turning or running trails. These "ditch lights" provide a wide pattern to work with other auxiliary lights for lighting up around the vehicle. The included wiring harness and switch are high quality with weather tight connections. I used existing accessory switching in my Jeep to control these lights, but the harness was easily modified to work for my connections. My lights are mounted to cowl mount brackets on each side. (photos added to review) I will continue to upgrade my lighting with more Baja Designs driving and fog lights.

I have used lots of BD products on my build and I was satisfied how quality built all of them were! BUT!!! I recevied S2 sport for my build and they came with surprise, the reflector in the light moves and has the sound as you can see in the video, wrote BD support team about an issue, nobody answered! P.S. lights were not opened by me!

Installed these on a RAV4. They are a small, which was good, and bright. The beam was good as well. I would have preferred the SAE fog version, but the delivery time for them was too slow. Other brands of SAE fogs I tried have a great beam cutoff for not blinding oncoming drivers. These do project higher so I tend to use them only offroad where the amber lens also help with night vision. They come with a nice wiring harness, but I ended up manufacturing my own with a wireless power switch to work with a modern small hybrid vehicle that does not have a battery in the engine compartment. They've gone through some strong weather at highway speeds and not developed any "leaks" yet. Interchangeable SAE for lens would be awesome. Or even just lens that are not SAE and have a cutoff.

I've been using these on my bush plane (yes, airplane) for about a year as recognition lights. I love them. They're compact and very bright. They don't seem to get very hot and have minimal current draw on the system. I used my own wiring not the factory harness that's supplied (too short anyway) Quality is excellent. After a year of catching bugs and being out in the elements they show no wear at all. I've seen some of the "other" brands where the lenses turn yellow after being the elements, these have not. I have no complaints. Baja Designs has a quality product here.

Like every Baja Designs product they are excellent quality and light. These are very well made and made to last. Great additional lighting for any vehicle.
