Do not buy from this company. When there is a issue they just keep asking silly questions with long gaps between emails in hopes you go away. Great machine when it worked the 3 times we actually used it, but Fizz creations do not resolve problems with faulty products.

Doesn't come with any syrup or cups or straws.The illustration is mis leading, gives the impression of a kit for a starter.

Really wanted to like this and was quite excited getting it , but that was short lived and I will try and explain here .So the machine comes in the box and there is not that many parts to it to be fair and it is very big when sitting on the sideYou get the instructions and there is a video you can watch online which explains how to make a slushyFirstly they do not include any syrup mixture which is disappointing , so you have to order some separately , what would it have taken to include a small bottle to try it out !?Then if you look at the instructions and the video , its a quite involved to make a slushy , first of all they advise you to freeze the metal container in the freezer for an hour , then you need ice ( which will fit through the hole in the top) and salt and water and then finally syrup , After freezing the metal canister and you then put it back in the machine , you have to half fill with ice and then put salt in and water , now while it is "mixing" which can take 25 mins , you have to watch the level and top up with ice , salt and water , so you cant just leave it and go awayNow this is where I believe it has a design flaw , if you look at my video you can hear the motor straining in fact a couple of times it locked up I thought it was going to go bang , but every time I could hear it seizing up I reversed the motor and I finally manged to get through the 25 mins , but it wasn't good.The paddle moves around the metal canister and what is happening either due to the ice or friction , it is seizing and causing the motor to strain or stop , you can see on my picture the score marks on the canister and that is only after one use !Then to add the final nail in the coffin , when it was done and I set the switch to serve (which just reverses the motor) all that came out was some cold juice with a few small bits of ice thrown in , disaster !When I took the machine apart to clean , all the "slush" that was supposed to come out into my cup was stuck to the side of the metal canister !I followed the instructions and video to the letter so I don't think it was what I done , I just think its poorly designed , also in the end it took me over an 1 1/2 hours to make some cold juice , just not worth the hassle in my opinionI might give it another go , but scared the motor is going to burn out .Sorry I cant recommend this , looks good , performs badly ( very badly !)

So, I was pretty excited to try this out as I've always like Slush Puppies and my kids are also a fan of them.The machine itself looks decent and functions ok to a but if you get the salt/ice solution the slightest bit wrong it will start freezing up the ice container on the outside fast enough that its not able to scrape the formation off quick enough to prevent the machine from stopping.The slushies that I did manage to get right were great. good consistency, plenty of brain freeze, the plastic ice scraper does a good enough job of getting the ice off and mixed into the liquid but I feel it could be designed with a stronger material so it's able to scrape off the ice even when the mixture is off slightly. Would make it more user friendly.Would have also been nice to have a bottle or two of the slush mixture included but I was happy enough with using a bottle of WKD blue as an alternative.All in all it's decent but could be improved with a couple small changes.

Lo compré con mucha ilusión hay en el vídeo estaba aciendoles a mis hijos una especie de tutorial, des pues de 5 minutos parece que el motor está a punto de quemarse hasta que se para luego me di cuenta que con la tapadera no giraba a si que le quite la tapadera y cuando por fin gira me tiro una hora y hay no sale nada solo agua líquida que decepción aparte hace muchísimo ruido 🙉🙉 he pedido la devolución es una pena..

Das Gerät ist sehr einfach und hat einen US Anschluss. Kann nur empfehlen auf ein anderes Produkt aus zu weichen.
