We absolutely LOVE this machine. It was extremely heavy, came in a monster crate that took a while to open, and lifting it up on the cart (we bought that separately and is a must), but once it was up there we could get to work figuring it out. Warning: It is crazy tricky to figure out how to get it working properly without missing any of the pieces you have to configure with it, as the instructions are in multiple languages, we finally gave up and had a massive search online to find this exact version...but once past that, it is now running incredibly well. This may be the most popular piece of equipment we've ever purchased for a party, and we own nugget ice makers among other party fun items that most love, but this takes the cake. A little laborious to clean and shut down, but fires up easily and gets to task great and fast. We love it and if it wasn't so huge and heavy would by another one to take to other locations, but it is in our garage and won't be going anywhere soon!

We own a small restaurant and we purched this machine. We have had nothing but issues since we purched it. Dont be fooled by the ease of operation from all the buttons. The instructions are not complete and very confusing. We have gone back and forth for three weeks trying to resolve the problems, and we did solve one. Im sure we have been talking to a machine the entire time. Of course no company can take the time to communicate in a way that would be quick and inciteful. Other issues were not solved and they only sent us videos that had nothing to do with the issue but only showed how to install the handles. Because of this problem, I will never buy another product from this company. PS...i had to choose at least one star or they would have got none.

this is a great machine. The directions for use are a little sketchy. But there are a lot of videos on you tube to help.

This may be a pre-mature review but so far it works great and good value if it last a few years. I have made 3 batches and it was ready for use in 15 min. It produced firm ice cream for serving and was easy clean up and reassembling. Worth the money if it last 5 years with very little repairs or up keep we will see If it doesn't last a year i'll be back to let you know.

The ice cream machine arrived used and in extremely poor condition. It had clearly not been cleaned — I had to disassemble it and clean every component, as shown in the attached photos. The parts were filthy and required greasing. Worse yet, the machine didn’t even work. While Amazon did issue a refund, the time lost and the negative impact on my business’s reputation have been far more costly. Based on this experience, I would not trust or recommend Vevor products in the future.

The machine doesn’t work properly. Ice cream is too soft. I was asked to contact the vendor and they just told me it might be either a leak or the compressor is damage The machine is 2 months. The sell literally garbage

8 min from solution to ice cream. About 5 cones ready at all times or continuous 1 cone every 2 min. You can keep up to a substantial number of clients.

Can’t complain too much due to the price difference between vevor and Taylor. Long story short the ice cream becomes soft after making two cones back to back. This is for restaurants that serve 2-5 ice creams per hour max and not more than that. Otherwise it becomes a very inefficient machine. Too loud, heavy and bulky for what it is as well. The noise pollution after a days work is noticeable. Buy if you don’t need to produce high volume. Run away if soft serve ice cream is a main item on your list.
