Gatorade’s most under-marketed, underrated product
Love these things. Definitely Gatorade’s most under-marketed product. I mix it with 12 oz of water. That has the same amount of caffeine as 2 cups of coffee. I drink half (6oz) in the AM so the caffeine is kicking in while I get ready. By the time I hit the door, I’m good to go without the jitters or bad feeling other energy shots typically give me. Usually don’t need any more caffeine the rest of the day. All the flavors taste fine. Good value for the money. Right amount of energy. I have them on auto-order.

Outrageously good flavors, wish it had more electrolytes but still a 5/5
Honestly with all the powder energy out there this one takes the gold for a number of reasons. Many don’t even hit 200mg per serving and those are pointless. These do! The mix ability is insane, even a small amount of water and the entire thing dissolves immediately no clumping. Flavor is so on point with bottled Gatorade it’s kind of crazy. These are delicious! Packets vs scoop? Obviously packets win. So portable and convenient. My only negative for these and it’s not that crucial because I love them the same is if Gatorade were to do a gatorlyte twitch hybrid it would be GG. These offer energy but let’s be honest, the electrolyte content is abysmal.

Energy in a Twitch
This flavor seemed like it taste better in the bottle than mixing on your own. As far as the quality of the caffeine goes, it gets me where I need to go but is lacking that extra pick me up that I need for the latter part of my shift. It does however mix fully and is very easy to transport. I probably will not be getting them again because of the taste, they all seem to have that after taste to them. I still gave it a four because it did pick me up somewhat.

Great Tasting Energy Drink
The fast twitch is my go to energy drink. Easy to use (just add to water) tastes amazing and includes electrolytes for better hydration. Vitamins added too
