Pretty good addition to the series

Lots of good ideas for settlements to then add flavour too. A few maps might have been useful, but there are other products with maps & no context so not a problem. It's also generic enough to work for many settings: a settlement could be a village or even a space station with minimal alteration.

I totally love this series its one of my auto buys as it makes running my dnd games easier.

The Game Master's Series never disappoints. Their latest installment "Instant Towns and Cities" is yet another great book of inspirational ideas to put in any TTRPG campaign. This book offers 100's of settlements, town, cities, and or major capitals that you can use on a instant in any campaign. The authors give you so many great ideas for encounters. For me I always have a hard time trying to make up a city on the fly when my players decide to go off the beaten path (like PC's always do). Well with this book, it helps you out so much. You just need 5 mins to read and BOOM you have a settlement or town with governments, people, and enemies. It's that easy. Now this book doesn't have mapped out city and town grids, however if gives you, the GM, unlimited tools and inspiration to make your towns and cities exactly how you want. You can literally put these ideas in any game setting. You can use their premade towns, mix and match, or go wild and roll on the random charts. I have every book in the "Game Master's Series" and they just keep getting better and better. The pricing of these books for how much ridiculous content you get is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this book (and all the other Games Masters's Series books) to any GM.

Book was in good condition. Delivery was really long, came 1-2 months late from original delivering date.
