I've been taking these Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies with the "Mother" for a couple of weeks now, ahead of my holiday, as I'm trying to shed a few pounds. I was recommended these gummies by a friend and have to say, I'm pleased with the results so far.Firstly, they’re incredibly easy to take—no fuss at all compared to the liquid version of apple cider vinegar, which I've tried in the past. I’ve read about the benefits of Apple Cider many times, and have tried to take the vinegar itself but dislike the taste. These gummies are actually delicious and taste just like fruit gums, making it easy to take. I’ve not been taking them long, so can’t comment on their effectiveness yet, but so far have no complaints.Good value for money, easy to chew size. Would recommend.

Quality is Poor and too Sweet

I have had apple cider vinegar previously and understood the benefits bit could not drink it due to the acidic taste theses gummies do not leave any acidic taste die to the sweet flavours of pomegranate,beetroot and ginger juices added to the mix. You can easily have more than the stated two gummies per day
