It's a discus
Not a lot to say, I got this for my son to practice with since he is moving up to High School track and field. Just like the ones he used in middle school track, just a bit heavier. Throws well, durable, great discus for training.

Excellent Disk! Perfect for practice
The media could not be loaded. After doing my overall video, my son took the dish to the field to throw it. He said it was perfect size and weight and the same kind of diss that they use at school for competitions itself held up while throwing I like how the material is kind of like a reflective material where we’re able to located pretty fast in the field in the grass. I’ll give this A+
