What is the difference between the Black bottle and the white bottle except for the quantity and price? Thank you in advance

The pills in the brown bottle have a coating that makes them easier to swallow.  The ones in the white bottle don't and they begin to dissolve immediately in your mouth.  I have a white bottle expiring 9/16 and a brown bottle expiring 3/17 in front of me right now and I can feel the difference in the texture of the pills in my fingers.

YES, they sure are BIG. But they are not a gel. You'll get more benefit by taking them internally.  I just cut mine in half. I'm a retired Nurse and a lot of people don't know that if you take a drink of water first it opens the Esophagus and allows the pill to go down a lot easier. If you have a pill crusher you can mix it with the new flavored waters and it will go down very well.  My Daughter-in-law cannot swallow a pill, so I have become a magician on getting her to take pills.  It does say to take on an empty stomach and this new flavored water sure has helped a lot of people to get a large pill down their throat. If you wanted to try it on your face, I'd crush it into a powder and mix it with a moisturizer if you wanted to put it on your face, I honestly don't know if you'd get any benefit strengthening your bones, hair, nails, and your complexion. It has to go through the Liver to help metabolize. I do take a vitamin E capsule and put a pin through it, and then and apply it on my face before I get cleaned up.. I do it in the Winter time as being inside will cause your skin to be a lot dryer. I even use it on my heels and elbows.  I was a teen model for Filenes Dept. Store in Boston and I sure learned a lot of tricks of the trade. I could write an article on how to take care of your skin.  Hope this helped you. Fonnie
