What is best medium or golden medium.? I normally use medium but thought I'd try golden.

I have both ! I wear medium, but golden medium really does brighten your complexion, especially in summer.

Does it conceal blemishes well?

Yeah, it's good cos you can vary the coverage by layering it up, or use a light coverage for a lighter finish. Use the brush almost pushed to the top so it's compact and it gives good concentrated coverage on individual blemishes.
