I was TERRIFIED to try Metamucil. But finally my doctor convinced me that this product would really help me. So I opted for the colorless, odorless, and tasteless option. Brave, I know. I was so surprised! It went down like a glass of water! Nothing to it! And it changed my gut issues within a few hours. A vast improvement! The next day I added ice to the mix because I prefer ice water. Oops! Don’t do that… changed the texture for sure. But hey, that’s on me, not them. From then on, I stick with room temperature water whenever I need my Metamucil. I don’t hesitate to take it, and I know it will help my gut issues in a short amount of time! This will be in our cupboard for decades to come!

I am actually incredibly surprised. This definitely dissolves very easily and is undetectable. It tastes like nothing. It smells like nothing. I mix it with my matcha latte using a milk frother, and honestly, it helps incorporate the matcha powder and prevents it from clumping, too! It makes for the smoothest matcha latte I have ever managed to make. I usually use one big spoonful per latte, so between 1 and 3 a day. It's working very well for me, and I will definitely order more!

This works really well and I love that it’s unflavored and keeps things simple. It mixes easily without adding a strong taste, so it’s easy to incorporate into my routine without feeling like I’m forcing down a fiber supplement. I also really appreciate the cleaner, straightforward formula. It does exactly what I need it to do without a bunch of unnecessary extras. Simple, effective, and easy to use.

Dissolves in hot liquid - not chalky and no flavor and it definitely works for me.

This product is a bit higher priced, but you get what you pay for! It has no taste and the granules are very fine. If not mixed well it can clump. I tried adding it first and last to my beverages and found that adding it first resulted in less lumps. This can cause some bloating if you don’t start introducing it to your system slowly.

No flavor, mixes well, good results. What more can you say about this product. The price is comparable to anything we can get locally, but don't have to go out to get it. This is better than any other product we have tried.

I got this Metamucil Clear Fiber Blend for my son who suffers from constipation. I wanted a formulation that was pure without any added unnecessary ingredients; I selected this fiber supplement. This is a 11.6 oz bottle of Metamucil Clear Fiber Blend Powder that's measurable and not the pill size form. This very fine, grit-free, and tasteless powder that mixes well without clumping. It's easy to use by measuring 1 teaspoon of fiber supplement and mixing it briskly into 8 oz of liquid or soft food. My son started off with 1/4 of a teaspoon mixed into 8 oz of water. This fiber supplement gave him a severe headache within 15 minutes of taking it just once a day and drinking plenty of water with it. He continued taking 1/4 of a teaspoon once a day for 5 days with the same reoccurring severe headache within 15 minutes of taking this supplement. He told me he did increase dosage to 1 teaspoon, once a day, for 6 more days and that the fiber supplement did work well in producing a bowel movement every 1-2 days. Ultimately, after taking this fiber supplement for 11 days and still getting a severe headache within 15 minutes of taking this fiber supplement, my son told me he couldn't continue to use this product any longer. Overall, it's easy to use and it works to produce a bowel movement. If it wasn't for the severe headaches it caused for my son, he would still be using this product, so I do feel there's value for your money.

I’m transitioning from using the Benefiber single fiber packs that are 12 bucks or so for 30 packs. I was thinking I wasn’t going to like this because the first day of use didn’t really do much for me, so I switched to two tea spoons in my smoothie and I have already had 2 regular bowl movements today without strain. I was looking for something else because although the Benefiber workers very well it made me very gassy and bloated. I do not get that same level of gas or bloat with this product, and the stool is definitely a lot firmer and complete when using the bathroom. With the Benefiber, although I was going it always felt like I was never finished and cutting off midway, very soft stools. Should anything change I will update here, but so far with this second day I feel pretty happy with the purchase. I put the powder is smoothies so I don’t have that dissolving issue that the coffee drinkers are mentioning, it’s definitely taste-free and unnoticeable. No smell, worth the price I paid to avoid the gas.
