Works wonderful and high quality!
This looks like a very well-built, medium-sized dehumidifier. It rides well and is quiet. In the attic The humidity dropped by nearly 20% in half an hour.

It's compact for sure, but just okay for humidity extraction
I'm putting this important info on all of my reviews on dehumidifiers to educate consumers on their dehumidifier options. This particular model is a semiconductor (technology) dehumidifier. There are two main models on the market. The first is the compressor (technology) dehumidifier. The second is the semiconductor (technology) dehumidifier. What's the difference? The compressor dehumidifier has a much higher water extraction rate. It has a compressor like your refrigerator and air conditioner; but it doesn't push out chilled air. It only works well in warm/hot humid conditions. It's louder in sound, but a work horse. This particular model, a semiconductor dehumidifier, uses heat sink/ cold sink technology. Think of a heat sink in your computer. It generates a cool plate for air to pass over; thus creating condensation to be collected. The water extraction rate is much slower. It works well in warm and cool humid conditions. The semiconductor technology is much quieter. This particular model is a tiny dehumidifier that will work for a small room or small bathroom. Right off the bat, I did not like the blue and red color light show. It's true that you can change it by long pressing on the power button, but I simply don't like any light shows on my toaster or my vacuum cleaner, so why would I like it on a dehumidifier?I've owned a giant $300 dehumidifier that can handle an entire basement. This PTHRAOUTA unit is only good for a fairly small room in the basement before you have to empty the water in the container all too often. If you are using it for your basement, I would definitely suggest another larger unit. It'll be okay/adequate for your bathroom or guest bedroom on the upper levels of your home. One great thing I did like was that the lid of the container was easy to open/access in order to wipe the insides clean. This is great to keep mold from growing inside the water container. It came with a hose but I will stick with the auto shutoff function as designed due to past water accidents with hoses.

Highly Effective
Dehumidifier functions perfectly! We need to control the humidity in the house. Easy to install, operate and clean. Good work on the basics.

Dude it's small!
I couldn't believe how small it was considering the sq ft it's supposed to cover but it seems to be a little work horse. And I really can't get over how quiet it is.I'm definitely impressed with this little fella and I am looking forward to seeing how well it does in a small but humid bathroom.

Kinda works
The media could not be loaded. I put this in our 10.5 x 10.5 master bathroom and closed the doors to test it out. It does have a blue light and a little hum as it works, but with the door closed, we didn't hear it. The gauge shows 57 percent humidity at 22:41pm, then 59.5 percent humidty at 1:14pm the next day. Then it dropped down to 58.2 percent at 9:15pm. The tank did have a small amount of water in it by then, so it was working, but I expected the humidity level in the bathroom to actually drop overnight, not go up. So this does work - kinda. I think I'll wait for humidity levels to rise and try it again to see if I get better results.

It does the thing.
I got this for our basement, which gets very humid during the summer. It's honestly a little small for the area we are using it in, but it's still doing great! It's definitely made a noticeable difference. It's very quiet, so I don't think it'd bother anybody if they had it in the same room while sleeping. It's nothing fancy, no timers, no wifi bluetooth blah blah blah. But that's exactly what I wanted, a simple dehumidifier that shuts off when it's full. So far, I've emptied it a couple times. I'd say it's working!

A great appliance for an RV.
We got this small dehumidifier for our camper to keep mold and mildew from accumulating in it, and it is small enough to keep in the bathroom where humidity is a problem. For its size, it has a large tank capacity of 50 oz. and an auto shutoff function that keeps the tank from overflowing. It comes with a tube to connect the tank to a drain for continuous drainage. It is fairly quiet and very easy to use. It is competitively priced and a “must-have” for RVers who want to keep their campers dry and odor-free.
