makes regular ramen taste like a gourmet treat. Cannot get enough of this stuff and crave it constantly. Perfect spice level to be flavorful without being offensive to the heat challenged (my husband is not a spice lover and still loves this).

It’s good. Is it better than your local ramen restaurant? No. Is it easier than spending a day or two creating the perfect broth at home? Decidedly yes. But for the price — remember, you’re not diluting this: what’s in the jar is what you get — if you have a serviceable ramen joint nearby, ordering just a broth from them would likely be better and cheaper. I’d only buy this again if I was somewhere without any fresh options. (I mixed in a dab of pork base and a heaping tablespoon of my own spicy miso paste; even undiluted, it was fairly unremarkable.)

As I am eating a lot of ramen these days, I want it to be completely healthy using organic vegetables, organic udon noodles and this marvelous healthy base. This base is delicious!

Overpriced. Not a concentrate...enough for 1-2 bowls. Had a very sour flavor.

Very disappointed, it's quite bland and not spicy at all, my 5yr old could drink it. the description states it can be diluted, you might as well use water with Better than Bouillon crab or lobster base. It's definitely not worth $14 dollars ! I wouldn't buy it for $3

It is my fault for assuming this was a concentrate like many other similar products I have bought. Makes a good soup. But $14 for one bowl broth is a way too much (IMO). I'll enjoy it, but will not buy again.

This is what both my ramen and pho have been missing!!! The flavor just explodes on the tongue and adds the missing tang and sweetness that everyone is looking for- the balance is just right. Can't wait to experiment with other dishes!

I was unimpressed with this Ramen base. I ended up tossing it. I rarely if ever write a bad review but this stuff was very bad. My wife is Japanese, we eat Ramen all the time and this was just not for us. I wish I could have poured it back in the bottle and send it back.
