I know that sounds crazy. But they have actually changed my family’s life. See, we live in Florida and I hate water and all other electrolytes. These are like drinking a lemonade, sweet, a smidge tart, refreshing and absolutely delicious. Because I now drink them every single day, I have stopped getting migraines, getting dehydrated, and feeling drained by 4pm. I feel hydrated and healthy! My kids love them too, so every morning my kids make us each a big jug of them! So yummy.

Tastes like lemonade juice boxes to me. (Not like a natural lemonade.) I prefer the blue raspberry flavor, but I'm mixing this with blue raspberry and that's a yummy combo. Overall this brand is cheaper that several others and has more natural products than the big name brands. It dissolves well in water. I recommend this product, but maybe a different flavor.

Was really wanting more real lemon taste. Very fake and “ade” tasting. Was hoping for a more lemon tart flavor. Really like Propel lemon and was hoping this would be similar. But much more candy and artificial tasting. If that is what you are seeking this is for you! Just not what I am seeking.

Teenager approved. My sons love lemon the best, especially after this florida heat or football practice. Great way to stay hydrated!

For me, these are no good. Three days into drinking them I noticed I was getting full body aches in the afternoon and flu like symptoms. I finally read the ingredients carefully and saw it has silica in it. I didn’t know that silica is the same compound as silicone dioxide which I always have a reaction to like this. So now I have a whole packet that was really expensive that I can’t use. :(

I like the lemon with ice water not warm water or it isnt as good im not find of the watermelon but I definitely love the lemon flavor.
