The Mismade Girl: Juliette Society, Book III (The Juliette Society series)

Really good read. I usually like to read Sci Fi but decided to try this book out.

Great read No. III in the Juliette trilogy. This is a more serious/adult text compared to the former ones. Fast shipping to France.

Just beginning the Audible audiobook with mixed emotions. I know from listening to the first of the trilogy that it has no choice but to impress the reader or listener, but it was lacking the voice and musicality of Ms. Sasha Grey mouthing her own words as if writing the book on the fly as you listen, visceral, intelligent and exciting. My apprehension was quelled five seconds into this audiobook. No one can deliver these words and go wrong. You simply have to read the words as if attempting to entice, seduce and arouse a prospective lover. This trilogy will leave your intellect satiated, your social commentator validated, and your naughty streak with unexplainable stains on its clothing (which your naughty streak will strip off within a minute of listening to this steamy hero’s tale told with the intelligence of a Shakespeare and the mouth of a pornstar). Get ready to have your world shaken, stirred, roofied and molested by the queen of everything she touches, Ms. Sasha Grey. Pornstar, mainstream actress, musician and deejay, photographer and author of great prowess. I’m going to go finish the audiobook and devour the third in a marathon of brilliant prose and scenarios so filthy, Chatsworth California’s adult film directors fear to attempt the quintuple X depictions of exploration of the boundaries of human psychosexual possibility frontier and beyond. I’m probably going to have to change pants several times during my listening or just take my high brow literature without clothing on at all. Also, might need a towel to keep my iPhone from having to test just how fluid resistant it is.

Please don't let this be the final book , I love Sasha and this series of books are so great. Intelligent sexy erotica that pays homage to the past . Maybe sometimes she soap boxes about politics [ I want to shout shut up , don't talk through my porn set] and sometimes the plot isn't of a great standard but who cares when there are dominant me too revenge moments that burn through the page. Marvel.

Bei "The Mismade Girl" handelt es sich um die englische Version von "X" und somit um einen würdigen Nachfolger zu "Die Janus-Kammer". Der Schreibstil ist, wie von Sasha Grey gewohnt, flüssig und angenehm. Wie in den beiden vorangegangenen Bänden lässt sie Gesellschaftskritik mit einfließen. Die erotischen Szenen sind sehr vielfältig und kreativ, teilweise auch skurril. Hierbei ist anzumerken, dass ihre Romane als erotische Kunst zu verstehen sind. Wer kein Problem mit expliziter Sprache und außergewöhnlichem Sex hat, wird dieses Buch mögen.Bei der Protagonistin Catherine, aus deren Sicht das Buch geschrieben ist, handelt es sich um eine erwachsene Frau mit einer selbstbestimmten Sexualität, die weiß, was sie will, und das auch klar kommunizieren kann.Da die erotischen Romane von Sasha Grey bisher die einzigen Bücher dieses Genres sind, die mich bisher vollends überzeugt haben, wünsche mir, dass es nicht bei einer Trilogie bleibt, sondern noch weitere von ihr folgen.

I'v read all three parts and all are different. This part gives a deep insight in what C thinks and moves. I' m still more impressed by her personality than her sexual apetit. The fabric , this Story ist woven of , keeps You reading on and on, hoping it would last, because the personal und sexual developement ist always rising to new levels.
