Amazon Fresh, Almond Flour, 16 Ounce

I look this almond flour. I’ve tried different brands. This brand was smooth , finely ground to act more like wheat flour. I used 1/2 oat flour and flaxseed instead eggs which helped moisture when desired. Tastes great. The carb content of my baked goods has been cut significantly and its healthy. Great value when compared to trying to purchased gluten free baked goods. Making things at home is the best way to go.

I use for baked and non-baked (like edible cookie dough) recipes for my low carb lifestyle. Great taste, consistent texture, mixes well. I buy several at a time so I never run out. Highly recommend!

Perfect for baking!!

This is my third purchase of the 360 brand. It’s little lumpy in the pack , not sure if that how flour nuts supposed to be in texture. Over it good and it taste delicious, wellThe cake I made .
