Uncharacteristically uncomfortable
The biggest issue with these briefs is the little tag made from hard plastic right at the center top front, not pleasant if you have to pee. Also the fabric is not as sheer as their other briefs with the waistband and the colored swath is heavier too, overall these are much less breathable than others. Once on, as long as you don’t have to go (you get a nasty pinch if you do) they are ok, but not what I had expected or paid for.

These are the most comfortable underwear ever!
These are perfectly designed. They keep your junk off of your legs and up and out of the way. They do not tug or pull or restrict blood circulation anywhere. These breathe and move with your body and never bind or ride up or down.

Exceptional design, unfortunate sizing
Returned only because pouch was a bit snug, I should have read description more carefully, exchanged for ErgoWear Max Modal! After purchasing countless pairs of underwear (CK, AC, UA, AB, N2N to name a few), EW is by far the best. Holds everything where it belongs, looks and feel incredible all day. Design is unlike any other brand, keeps penis in pouch without any pinching or restrictions. Wish Mesh came with "very large" pouch vs "large"

No uncomfortable center seam.
These are the best. The pouch is comfortable and supportive. It’s amazing how much difference not having a center seam makes. Other brands should copy this.

Finally found the best
Finally found the perfect underwear, I have tried soooooo many different styles and brands. These are the best supporting as well as just the rite amount of excitement.

Okay-ish, but definitely not worth the premium.
The pouch is really comfortable, but the seams along the inner leg dig into the crotch all the time. It's a deal breaker for me.
