Great quality and worked for my intended purpose.
Great product if you want to connect a sound bar with only an eArc HDMI connection (like the VIZIO Elevate SE Soundbar) to a computer build.

Works perfectly once you use the right settings — great for projectors + Sonos setups
I’m using this splitter with an Apple TV 4K, an Epson 3800 projector, and a Sonos Beam (Gen 1). At first I was getting black-screen dropouts whenever I exited a movie or switched apps. That turned out to be an EDID/bandwidth issue, not a hardware fault — and once I set it up correctly, everything has been rock-solid. What fixed it: Set EDID to SPDIF 4K5.1. - This forces clean 4K video + Dolby Digital 5.1, which is exactly what the Sonos Beam supports. Every other mode (Atmos, 7.1, passthrough) caused unnecessary HDMI re-syncing. On Apple TV 4K: - Format: 4K HDR - Chroma: 4:2:2 - Match Dynamic Range: ON - Match Frame Rate: OFF These settings eliminate handshake changes that cause blank screens on older projectors. With this setup, I get perfect 4K HDR video and stable 5.1 audio with no dropouts. Even my 30-foot HDMI run to the ceiling-mounted projector works flawlessly. What to know: If you’re using a projector, expect CEC to be unreliable — that’s normal for projectors + splitters and not the fault of this device. Atmos modes won’t help if you’re using a Sonos Beam (it only accepts Dolby Digital 5.1), so stick with the SPDIF 4K5.1 EDID preset. Once configured, this splitter is excellent. Zero lag, no more black screens, and clean audio extraction for my soundbar. Great device if you take two minutes to set it up properly.

Better than an Arcana!
My TV was driving me nuts with a pass through audio delay (Apple TV —> TV —> Sonos Arc soundbar). I tried using an HDFury Arcana to split the audio and video into separate signals, but it’s a complicated (and expensive) device that I couldn’t figure out how to work. This was a plug and play solution. My only complaint is that the CEC functionality isn’t 100%. It works for on/off functions for my TV through the Apple TV, but not volume up/down functions to the Sonos Arc.

Died after six months
Initially it helped me fixed the audio sync issue between my tv and soundbar. Unfortunately after about six months I stopped having audio coming from my center channel when connecting. After a hard reset I got the center channel back but lost my surround channels. Nothing I did brought the sound back from the surround channels so I ended up plugging directly in to my sound bar again. It’s a cool idea but a $100 product shouldn’t die after six months.

Great unit with a flaw
Using this with PS5 to 4k 130hz monitor and Creative G8 DAC. One of few devices I've found so far that'll let me for this all via HDMI. For the most part it works great, but when Frames drop below about 90 I get bad screen tearing. I'm going to order another and see if the issue continues.

Does as Listed (HDMI-CEC not really supported)
Everything works right with minimal setup. 4k/60hz Dolby vision to the projector and Dolby Atmos to the receiver worked perfectly. However, no matter what configuration I set the switches to, HDMI-CEC for power and for volume would not work; CEC would send to the projector for volume depending on the configuration, but would never send to the receiver. CEC Power on/off signals never propagated. My setup does not use CEC Input switching so I do not have any results of it. My verdict is great product if your specific setup does not use CEC.

Far superior to REI and MUCH cheaper than Arcana Fury
I’ve been using the REI HDA-931 for extracting 7.1 Atmos for use with my Sonos Arc soundbar for a couple of years now—both with an older Panasonic plasma TV and now an XGIMI Halo+ projector (by way of an HDMI transmitter. The issues with the REI include intermittent HDMI handshakes with the Sonos, and a flaky Micro USB connection at the back. I was on my 3rd box when I tried this “EZCOO” option. Worked right away and with full 7.1. The DC connection is much more secure (screws on). Of course time will tell, but save for the lack of mounting holes at the back (I’m using gaffer tape) it’s better than the REI in every way.

Almost... LPCM problems
This device would have solved all my problems. It came close, see below. The Good: Sounds good after break in. No loss of picture/sound with HDMI extraction. When set to match EDID of TV, it syncs well enough (some cutout of sound when using 4k 7.1 setting on my setup). The device switches well; dual inputs, yea! The Bad: I got this to fix an issue with my Samsung s90c (assume this is a problem with all Samsung TVs) where I can't use it for eARC without it messing up the back surround channels in LPCM (fine with Dolby Audio). This device duplicated the SAME PROBLEM, where the back channels are barely heard in LPCM 5.1 surround. I tried switching modes, but no mode has fixed the problem. Still investigating, but will have to return the item soon. I have the feeling it's a hardware limitation. Yes, I DO have audio extractors that don't have this problem; they just don't have dual inputs.

Wish I found this sooner.
I can't say anything about how long-lasting it is like I've seen some reviews mention, but I'll do my best to update this if I encounter issues. I actually only found this after reaching out to the seller and asking if they had something for my situation, since I tried a few of their cheaper options that may have worked but all fell short in one way or another, or didn't work at all. The quality seems excellent. Packaging, accessories, and cables all seem fine. No problems with video quality, and it worked perfectly to connect my Denon AVR-790 (which uses HDMI 1.3, no ARC/eARC), while still using the full capabilities of my TV and leaving room to upgrade in the future. All without sacrificing CEC or causing any other inconveniences. I just wish they were clearer about the "AV RECEIVER IN PORT" so that I could have found this sooner. The price is a bit high, but considering how expensive most HDMI 2.1 devices are anyway and how this manages to solve all my problems, it was definitely worth it.

Amazing device, even better customer service!
This device fits our set-up perfectly, namely taking sound output from TV via HDMI+eARC port, and split sound stream simultaneously to both optical/Toslink port (to feed a karaoke mixer) and HDMI port (to feed an older receiver). It's been working FLAWLESSLY so far! As a bonus, if this device is turned on before the TV, the TV is smart enough to send sound out to HDMI+eARC port, and if this device is not on, TV sound is sent to internal speaker, so we don't have to flip the settings manually. Vendor also gave us a refund for a another device we bought for same purpose but seems to have compatibility issue, even though the Amazon return window has passed - truly amazing customer service. THANK YOU!

Does the job
There are a few glitches when you connect more than one item but if you use one item at a time and by shutting off the others before you switch items it works well otherwise this product is awesome
