I am a big fan of P. Calm sun screen and have purchased it many times over several years. The cream is not thin, not thick, spreads easily, absorbs well, no white cast (chemical sunscreen, not mineral), does not run and burn my eyes, and I can apply it to my eyelids and neck without sensitivity which I have with many sun blocks. When the tube gets low and I can't squeeze out any more product, I cut tube in half and can still scoop out several more days worth of cream.

The P.CALM Water Barrier Moisturizing Sun Cream has quickly become one of my go-to daily sunscreens. It’s incredibly lightweight and hydrating, and feels more like a calming moisturizer than a typical SPF. My skin tends to be on the sensitive and dry side, and this formula doesn’t sting, clog pores, or cause any irritation. It blends in smoothly with no white cast, and the finish is soft and dewy, not greasy at all. I also love how it helps reinforce the skin barrier while protecting from UV rays. Even in hot and humid weather, this sunscreen hydrates, soothes, and protects. I haven’t had any issues with it running in my eyes, and it doesn’t pill, so that’s a win. It even wears well under make-up. I’m really impressed. Highly recommend it, especially for anyone with sensitive or easily irritated skin! I use 2-2 1/2 fingers of product for my face, neck, ears, and chest.

I buy a lot of sunscreens and I can be picky. This one is excellent for a pretty good price. Not as expensive as something like Elta MD or LRP, but pricier than a good banana boat. Does not sting my eyes. Moisturizing but not greasy looking. No pilling, no smell, no cast. Feels like skincare. And the last time I ordered they sent me a sample of one of their moisturizers, which was also very nice. Not sweat/water proof though.

This stuff feels great and is super hydrating... It's basically two products in one! I use it when I'm short on time! No smell and no white cast!

I love Korean sunscreens. This one is very good and works well on my dry, sensitive skin. I took off one star because there is a very light smell, like stinky, sweaty feet. It smells VERY similar to the Biossance Squalene Omega repair cream. The smell dissipates quickly so it doesn’t bother me too much, and I’m very sensitive to smells. Would still recommend.

Fantastic! I have spent years looking for a good quality sunscreen I can use on my face that doesn’t irritate my skin or my eyes and feels light and moisturizing. Enter P-Calm! I ordered it based on the positive reviews here (no eye irritation) and I was not disappointed! My eyes are super sensitive- even if I put a chemical sunscreen on my cheeks my eyes would water. I was a bit nervous to try this, but I generously applied it to my entire face, including under my eyes (right to the lash line) and it sank right in beautifully like a lightweight moisturizer. I then put some primer on my skin (no issues there) followed by my light coverage foundation. Absolutely perfect! I’m so excited to have found a good sunscreen that doesn’t irritate my skin and eyes! Plus on the days I go makeup free I don’t have to go sunscreen free. I had been using a SPF 50 mineral based tinted sunscreen that was good, but it was heavy and had to be blended quite a bit to make it look like “my skin only better”. I’m happy to have a choice now and will recommend this to my friends. Thanks to everyone who reviewed this product it really helped me in my purchase decision. TLDR: Could not wear American chemical sunscreens - wasn’t sure there was hope for me until finding this gem!

I love this sunscreen so much. I have dry skin and most sunscreens, both American and Asian, break me out and irritate my skin, but this one doesn’t at all. Not shiny, wears great under makeup with no pilling, relatively moisturizing (not nearly enough on its own for dry skin, but on top of moisturizers my skin doesn’t feel tight later in the day), and no white cast at least for a pale person, I can’t speak for darker skin tones on that. I’d been using the same Japanese sunscreen for 8 years that was just discontinued last year, and since then I have tried at least 10 Japanese/Korean sunscreens, and this is the first one I’ve genuinely liked. I’m stocking up since it’s harder to get foreign sunscreen imported nowadays.

The main reason I got this is because it was advertised as being matte. It’s not. I have combo-to-oily skin and this was not matte on my skin at all. Not even when I very first applied it & let it dry down. It left me literally scratching my head. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I will finish the tube just because I hate to waste, but I will not repurchase. Would not recommend if the main reason you are purchasing it is for the matte aspect.
