Yummy!
Tastes like Cotton Candy. I wish it had no coloring, that is unnecessary.

Blue cotton candy drink mix is great
Takes just a little in your tea or pop to flavor and it is very good. I love it

Not very strong
I use many different brands of syrups, and Monin was the only place I could find the cranberry syrup. It is not very strong so you have to use a lot of it to really get that cranberry taste. But the packaging and color is great!

Delicious
Delicious! I pretty much only use it for making Redbull mocktails. Makes amazing just banana or mixed mocktails.

Horrid Taste— Not Cotton Candy
Over the past ten years or so, I've bought several different drink syrups with all different types of flavors and sweeteners. I make no exaggeration when I say that this is by far the worst I've ever tasted. And cotton candy flavors are hard to ruin, really. But this has an animalistic or synthetic note to it that I simply cannot tolerate. It reminds me of spoilt bovine products or bad goat cheese is the best way I know how to describe it, and it was entirely unexpected. I tried my other cotton candy syrup from a different brand and it is delicious. And all my other syrup brands and flavors are still delicious or at least tolerable, too, so my tastes haven't suddenly changed. And I tried it on a neutral effervescent water— San Pellegrino, namely— after it failed to mix well with protein powder, and it's still horrible, whereas the other syrups taste heavenly mixed with this. This godforsaken syrup does not come in smaller sizes and is not refundable, so now I have this useless plastic bottle of sugary toxin. The mixology recipes suggest mixing it with lemon, which I haven't tried yet, so perhaps that improves the flavor? However, it is hard to imagine that note ever totally disappearing. The syrup is a beautiful blue color, the graphic design is on the package is evocative, and I wanted so much to love this product, but the quality is terrible. The plastic container did well with shipping. So there were no leaks. So rest assured, this liquid garbage will probably arrive safe and sound... to be poured right down the drain. If you have any misgivings and are watching your budget, give this one a miss lest you experience the buyer's remorse I have.

Too much jalapeño flavor
Meh. Tastes like drinking a jalapeño with a hint of watermelon. Thought it would be the other way around. Next time I’ll go for a watermelon syrup and infuse my tequila with jalapeño.
