I own a business that involves shipping but also labeling items. I bought this to do both and it worked initially fine for shipping labels but I was disappointed when my item labels were crooked. I could not figure it out and was convinced I bought something that I was gonna lose money on which is the frustration to many small business owners. Before I decided I was screwed I contacted Phomemo and they promptly responded and followed up with me and they actually fixed the issue. I did not expect this kind of customer service in 2026 but I assure you they take their product(s) seriously. I am now thinking of purchasing another item from them simply because of how dependable they are to follow up.

printed one label, and stay on blinking red , reset unit , reach out to customer service, firmware up to date , tried different brand label, and the labels they provided, did Run the automatic label identification process, read the entire manual and customer service chat and call dropped, this is just a printer, how difficult can this get, ( I am a Software engineer ) finally give up, unbelievable,

I love this printer! The instructions aren't perfectly clear in a couple of places, but it's easy enough to figure out. I needed something to label quail egg cartons, baked items, etc., and this works a treat! I've got a roll of labels in an index card holder behind the printer, and have the printer plugged in with the included USB cord into the included Mac dongle, to leave a USB port clear. With my system, for the driver, I had to add .sh to the end of the install file name, and then run it as root. No problem. Not sure how BT works, but it seems it might set up even easier on a phone. But it's nice to be able to design labels in my word processor, set the paper size to the label size (remember margins for fancy edges), and then just print what I need.

Got this for my business, and I don’t know why never got it sooner! I use stickers for cups and boxes, and they add up fast! But with this the stickers are less than $10 for 750-1,000! They print amazing! The ink looks nice. It’s easy to set up and use. The Bluetooth works great. I love that I can use this for anything, big or small! It’s small, so it’s easy to take with you wherever you need it. I can’t wait to try new things with this! If you have a small business this is an amazing product! Worth the investment it will save you a ton in the future!

I had been using an ancient serial to USB label printer that was regularly giving me driver issues with every Windows upgrade, and finally decided to upgrade. This label printer works great. Read the instructions in regards to getting the printer to identify your label length for feeding each label through and you're good to go. It's fast and smooth. I am very pleased with this purchase. I chose Phomemo brand because of a much smaller label printer I got as a bonus from a purchase on another site, that worked well. So, I had confidence in this brand.

I love this little printer. I primarily bought it for shipping labels for my small business but it’s great for other decorative stickers as well! I’ve made custom wedding card stickers too! Prints very fast and the intensity can also be adjusted. Setup was a breeze and you can print via cable or wirelessly after setup. I’ve used the app on my phone and the desktop version and both have worked seamlessly. I had an issue (my fault) where some dirt got on the heat strip and had to contact support and they were fantastic in both response time and I found a solution quickly that was just my fault for using the machine on a dirty shop desk. Wiped it clean and it’s working perfectly again.

No le doy 0 estrellas porque no se puede. Pésimo producto y pésima atención al cliente de parte de la compañía Nunca funcionó, la impresora nunca alimentó el papel para poder imprimir y siempre se mantuvo parpadeando rojo Y además, desde el celular y computadora me aparecía siempre la alerta de: “la cubierta de la impresora está abierta” a pesar de cerrarla.

La compre en diciembre 2025 y justo el dia de hoy dejo de imprimir por problemas con el cabezal. Duro3 meses

Been using this for about a month now. Absolutely love how it works well and it's wireless. It's quite straight forward to set up and use. I can print from my laptop or mobile. FYI...the print quality on the setting is initially set to maximum and this may result in your label quite dark and saturated which may cause scanning issues at the post office. I had to lower mine to around a print quality of 2 or 3. Totally recommened!

Works great. easy to setup. I had issues with printer not printing the proper gaps but you have to run the paper identification, look in your guide and it will fix it
