High quality
These are my go-to daily multi vitamins. The quality is always excellent. I feel tired and sluggish without them. Nutri is an excellent company.

Comprehensive but with Considerations
As an Amazon Vine reviewer who has tested these Nutri Advanced Multi Essentials for Women 50+, I found them to be a comprehensive multivitamin supplement with both benefits and potential concerns. The formula includes a wide range of vitamins, minerals, and botanicals tailored for women over 50, addressing needs like bone health, energy support, and immune function. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't cause stomach upset. After a few weeks of use, I noticed improved energy levels and overall well-being. The inclusion of botanicals like sage and green tea adds a natural element to the supplement. However, there are some considerations. The high vitamin B6 content raised concerns about potential long-term effects. The recommended two-capsule daily dose effectively doubles the cost, which isn't immediately clear from the product description. The plastic packaging, while attractive, raises environmental concerns. As someone over 80, I opted to take one capsule daily instead of two, aligning with my belief that more isn't always better in supplementation. While the comprehensive formula is impressive, it's important to consider individual needs and potential interactions with other medications or supplements.Overall, while offering a wide range of nutrients, this supplement requires careful consideration regarding dosage and long-term use, especially for those with specific health concerns or in older age groups.

I'd rather buy fresh veg...
Well, it's up to you, isn't it? There's nothing here that you can't get by eating a healthy diet with lots of fresh vegetables and a few nuts and seeds. But, if you want to shell out for swallowing a lot of useless chemicals as well, then who am I to stop you? Just a healthy, elderly vegetarian that's all. I think the cost of these is exorbitant and they are difficult to swallow too.

An all-inclusive list of ingredients
These supplements are a multi vitamin and multi mineral. They are tailored for the post-menopausal woman over 50, supporting bone health, energy and also supporting the immune system. There are 28 vital nutrients addressing the unique needs of women over the age of 50, including algae-derived calcium. Two tablets, the daily recommended dose contain: Vitamin A (as beta-carotene) (5000iu) 500 µg RE Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 250 mg Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) (1000iu) 25 µg Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) 12 mg Mixed Tocopherols 3.6 mg Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate) 50 mg Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 30 mg Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) 30 mg Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 25 mg Folate (5-MTHF) 400 µg Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 400 µg Biotin 50 µg Vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate) 25 mg Iodine (potassium iodide) 150 µg Calcium (Algaecal®) 90 mg Magnesium (citrate) 50 mg Zinc (citrate) 20 mg Selenium (selenomethionine) 55 µg Copper (sulphate) 6 µg Manganese (citrate) 18 µg Chromium (picolinate) 50 µg Molybdenum (sodium molybdate) 100 µg Potassium (citrate) 10 mg Vitamin K2 (MK-7) 90 µg Boron (sodium borate) 1000 µg KSM-66® Ashwagandha Root Extract (Withania somnifera) 50 mg Turmeric Extract (Curcuma longa) (standardised to 95% curcuminoids) 50 mg Bacopa Extract (Bacopa monnieri) 50 mg Tableted with: Microcrystalline cellulose Silicon dioxide Stearic acid Magnesium stearate Coating (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, natural safflower and lemon, calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid). This seems like an impressive list and contains many of the vitamin and mineral supplements I have been looking out for which I feel may benefit me.I like the list of ingredients, especially the added Ashwagandha and Iodine which is often not added to supplements like these. These tablets have a shiny coating and are an easy shape to swallow. There is no aftertaste. I have been taking them for a little over two weeks and I am feeling great. This pot will last a month and I do feel this is long enough to tell if they will be of benefit. I feel they are all-inclusive and cover all bases, so there would be little need to take other supplements while taking these.

£23.35 for 60 caps but only enough for 30 days - hidden info. Recommended dose too high?
As I follow a strict very low carb/keto diet for health reasons, I can't allow myself to consume many vegetables. I worry that I may be missing out on vitamins and minerals, so I like to take plenty of supplements. However, I do get fed up with swallowing so many pills. I have been on the lookout for a good multi-vitamin, which might reduce my supplement load. Maybe I have found what I need here from Nutri Advanced. That is, assuming that this supplement, which is marketed for the over-50s, is still suitable for the over-80s!We do seem to have an impressive number of different nutrients here. However I was shocked to see on the label that we may be getting an over-dose of vitamin B6, which may lead long-term to unpleasant symptoms. This makes me wonder how many other ingredients are present in amounts that may be too high for safety. The current price for 60 caps is £23.35, but you have to dig around in the small print to discover that to get the recommended dose you must take 2 a day. This of course doubles the daily price. (It is also imo dishonest marketing. That info. should be up there in the headlines where everyone can see it at first glance.) However, in line with my often repeated slogan, "More is not always better!" I intend to take just one capsule daily. The blue and green labels look attractive on the opaque white plastic bottles, but I would have liked the contents to be more clearly legible. Plastic bottles are of course not the best choice, for our health and the health of the environment. (The dangers of microplastics becoming more and more evident.) I do prefer dark brown glass, or letterbox-friendly pouches.Made in the UK (good)! Best before the end of February 2026.
