So far, I love this coffee pot. Was concerned when read some of their reviews, but I think it’s absolutely beautiful and it looks amazing in my kitchen. So far this works perfectly. I could not be happier.

Noise level is fine. The coffee taste is fine. The value for your money is great. Very high quality material we went with the stainless. The only feature that is missing is a way to make the coffee hotter. Overall very well made and no leakage that I have noticed.

Purchased in April, so about 2 months ago, and machine is already having issues. The pod button doesn’t work immediately…you have to start over, turn on-turn off. Try to confuse it before it will finally start.

Had this for about a month now. Absolutely love it. It's great that you can do a pot of coffee, a Keurig pod, or Nespresso pods. The steam wand is also great. I had wanted a more versatile coffee maker that did more and this fills that want. The only complaints would be that it does take a bit to get started brewing and the single serve side does splatter a bit but that's easy to clean up. Well worth it and mad at myself for waiting so long to buy it.

I'll start with i love this coffee maker. I love all the functions it can do and the simplicity of the set up and operation. My husband and I survive off of our coffee fixes. I've used every function on this machine and had it for about 2 weeks, so i felt a review on it by this time would be fair. The directions for first use and cleaning were super easy and the machine is programmed to not proceed until these are done. I only gave three stars due to the following issues - since we've plugged the machine in and started using it the functions are SLOOOOW, I'm pretty sure this is due to chip programming since you can hear when the internal components are shifting, when steaming milk you have to wait almost 5 minutes for the machine to gear up, longer if it's your first cup of the day. The digital touchscreen recognizes each function you direct, it just takes the machine itself a bit to catch up, so I wouldn't recommend to anyone that likes to make a quick cup. And you can only do one function at a time (for example you cant steam milk and pull shots at the same time). The steamer also doesn't heat the milk up very hot (i bought a steam pitcher and thermometer) it gets to about 120 and then will turn itself off, you can turn it back on but it adds to the time in making anything. For reference 120 is kids temp at Starbucks. The hot water function also isn't very hot. My husband tried using it for his top Ramen and it wasn't hot enough to cook the noodles. I'm going to try and contact cuisinart about these issues in case we just got a shotty machine but as I said before we love all the functions. This machine replaced our drip coffee machine and we also got rid of our microwave since we only used that to heat milk for our kids.

Works as advertised- how to add the water filters was a bit hard to understand. The big negative and why we gave a 4 is the little plastic shelf to use for expresso or prevent splashing is very flimsy. The tank hold enough water for 4 - 5 10oz cups. We placed the unit on a Lazy susan type tray to make it easy to remove water tank for refilling.

Love it it makes awesome coffee, lattes and espresso! Highly recommended it!
