The chair is not what the picture shows or the writing describes. It has no wheels, is not height adjustable and the back is not flexible. Basically clear miss-selling. That said, the chair itself is comfortable and easy to put together, but that does not make up for it being the wrong item. Be cautious.

The screws were all the right length, but one screwhole which holds the back/arms to the base simply would not go in all the way. All the others went in fully but one would not. I have tightened it up as hard as it would go, but the screwhole is 1/4" too shallow to take the screw. I won't say the screw is too long as all the others fitted perfectly.Apart from that, the chair is unbelievably comfortable and I may well buy more for the office in different colours.

Very good Amazon Warehouse purchase couldn't find anything wrong with it at all. Fiddly to put together could do with 2 people for certain bits but my boyfriend managed it on his own. Comfortable seat, useful arms which lift up, stylish and colourful, supportive back with good lumbar support, very pleased with it. My boyfriend was so impressed he ordered a red one the same from Warehouse and is also very pleased.

Super comfy and sorts my lower back without issue.In terms of construction, I had a problem doing this by myself. It isn't complicated in any way at all, it's just got 2 really cumbersome pieces that are difficult to manage. But once I got my partner to hold a bit, it was a cinch.Arms lift up and down, height is adjustable, would be nice to set a recline, but you can't have it all when on a budget.

Arrived in perfect condition and was relatively simple to put together. The green colour suits my decoration but it remains to be seen whether it gets grubby. The photos don't really reveal the shape of the backrest which is quite supportive. Looks strongly built and is quite large. The adjustable arms means it can be properly tucked away and you can work close to a desk with them in their upright position.

Bought one from Staples, but they stopped selling them. The chair is comfortable, and well ventilated. Seems well built, and should last a long time. Folding arms are a bonus because it now fits under my desk.

I ordered four of these. All arrived the next day, in perfect condition and a free packet of biscuits. Very comfy, the envy of the office. Great at the price of £69.95 but I'd not feel bad at anything up to £100. Even above that, they are good value but knowing they can be sold at a lower price makes you question the margin!
