Very bright, lots of options, perfectly pocket-sized
This little flashlight is PERFECT for throwing in a backpack or pocket. It's small but mighty. There are several brightness levels so you can always choose the right level for the situation, and there's a strobing mode which would really come in handy in an emergency. I like to spend time out in the woods and I can easily keep this in a pocket on my hikes. I really like the included wrist strap so I can be sure not to lose it and can also just let it go and have easy access again.

decent light, very bright, but a bit expensive with overall package
UT15 is one of 2 models put out by Nitefox(again?). Nitefox has been in the flashlight market for a few years. The brand has been quiet for the last few years and UT15 is one flashlight they have bring back to Amazon. One problem with this light is the bad user instruction. It is not corresponding to the UT15 flashlight. But the user interface is not complicated and you can play with it to figure it out. Mainly, to turn it on you will need to click on the side button(there is no tail end button) when it is off. The flashlight will turn on to your last setting. While the light is on, holding on to the button will cycle up the light up or down. But you can’t change the direction of cycling up or down like some other brands of flashlight. The activate the strobe, simply double click the light while light is on. It is not as small and not as easy to carry as an EDC flashlight. It is power by an 18650 3.7V Li-ion battery which can be recharged by an USB-C port on the side. The capacity of the battery is not verified. I have many spare batteries at home and the battery can be recharged at anywhere so it is probably not that critical. The flashlight is equipped with an updated SST-40(if it is accurate) doomed LED emitter and a smooth reflector(which I like more than the orange peel reflector on a small light). Together the flashlight has a smooth beam pattern that allows the flashlight to light up objects at the immediate area with some throw distance. The beam is not super tight due to the small reflector head. Overall the light is bright at high and can light up the house across the cul-de-sac.Overall, this is a decent and solid flashlight. But there are many flashlights with similar spec at the lower price, mainly Sofirn and Wurkkos brand.

Well-made and sturdy
This is a very nice LED flashlight. It's small and light enough to carry in a pocket or purse and the brightness can be set to any of 4 levels depending on your requirements. It comes in a foam-padded box and includes a USB-C charging cable and a lanyard that can be attached to the end of the flashlight. It seems to charge rapidly although you'll need to supply your own charger. The 3500mAH battery should provide decent run time, although I haven't tested it to confirm this. The included instruction sheet could be a bit clearer and contains some points that don't apply to this model, but I'm sure you'll be able to figure out how to operate the flashlight.

Replacement Worked After Adjustments
Ok, so my kid was able to adjust the battery contacts/connections somehow and got the replacement flashlight to work. It is sufficiently bright and easily drops into a bag or pocket. It's not a bad flashlight at all, I just wish it had worked directly out of the box. The original flashlight is still nonfunctional.UPDATE: The replacement flashlight also would not charge. I have asked my son to see if he can get either of them to work. I'll keep you posted.I'm hoping I just received a dud and have requested a replacement. Otherwise, it is a great size and weight to carry in a handbag or stash in the glove box. Hopefully, the replacement will be in working order. I will update when the new one arrives.

Good quality dependable lighting
Having a flashlight when you need one is an amazing feeling. Having a flashlight that our performs many others and is half the size is what makes a difference.Good quality metal used in the construction of the casing for this flashlight can take a real good beating and be tossed around in rain and other water environments. The power button I would prefer to have been on the bottom of the flashlight just because that’s kind of the standard location for tactical flashlight power switches. Because the unit is so durable and the light on high can find almost anything. Holds a good charge and also can collect a full charge as quickly as the power box in power cable allow.Highly recommended.
