I use in my salon to make hot towels for my clients while their conditioners soak in to open the cuticle! they love them! super easy to clean, uv helps prevent bacteria, small and compact can easily hold 20 rolled towels! I love to put a drop of essential oil in the bucket I fill to soak the towels so its aroma therapy and heat!

Are use this daily and it is awesome. Keeps my towels very hot just as I need for my barber shop.

I purchased for my barber studio, first day of use was October 22nd, this smelled like plastic on the first use, gave it a week still smelled and then noticed these burn marks and scratches. Cheap materials. It is past the return date, would love a refund or partial refund from the company. I need to replace regardless.

Wonderful!! Although I do wish I could see or control the temp, it gets very hot!! Very effective!!

Over all the towel warmer works as advertised. Mine however developed a burnt smell after the first use or two. There are brown burnt looking spots on the aluminum. It also leaks in a few spots over I’m not very satisfied with the product. I’ve been using in my barbershop since June 2025 it is currently October 2025.
