Receive package in a timely fashion. Item was broken. Ink leaked all over the interior box and packaging. Returned for refund.

Tried to use the ink in my SG 400 but for some reason it wont recognize off brand ink

My sawgrass printer did not read the chip and I cannot use it in my printer
