VEVOR Vehicle Awning 270 Degree, 8.2 ft Height Retractable, Driver Side

Awning mounts bolted easily to the bottom of my frontrunner roof rack. Setup is easy, even by yourself. Spent 3 days out in 100 degree weather, strong gusts, without tie downs and everything held up fine. Packs away easily. Needs a tether for last arm wrapping around back of vehicle to keep awning taught. I only wish there was a passenger side version available. Value for price is incomparable honestly.

Comes pre assembled, very easy installation with basic hand tools. set up is a breeze. Poles are easy to extend and adjust quickly. The canvas is medium weight and seems pretty durable and water resistant . Definitely recommend so far.

Fit perfectly, everything works, the brackets are thick and should hold up, love how easy it is to set up and collapse back down. Thought there wasn't hardware but it's in the bag itself.

Easy to install comes with all brackets and hardware needed. HUGE and covers alot with the 270 degrees exactly what I wanted for a fantastic price and sellers customer service was phenomenal

I purchased this awning and the extension legs never worked properly. The company stated they will take it back, but I need to provide the return shipping. A package this size will probably cost a significant amount. If they provided a return label for drop off that would be more sufficient. All in all, I am sorry I tried to save money by going with this awning. Spend a little more and get a quality 270 awning.

The support bars are not nearly strong enough to support the weight of the awning. The bars bent and broke on me, even when using the legs. Not good against wind either, this became more of hassle then what it was worth. Spend some extra money and get a higher quality one.

This is a five star budget awning, not to be confused with a five star high quality $2k awning. I would have a hard time getting the materials for a DIY awning for the price of this Vevor 270 awning, which is what I had considered doing. In a market of very expensive options this might be a good choice for someone on a budget. The base is a well made and very solid extruded aluminum and the hinge bracket is heavy duty providing great support. It mounts up easily with the slots and provided brackets. As a budget awning the arms are simple tubular aluminum but they work fine with the support pegs that just flip down. The awning cover itself is impressively thick. I really expected thin material but this stuff seems quite durable. The stowing cover is very thick with super heavy zippers that I’ve had no issues with. FYI, you can remove the ridiculously huge logo with some acetone and a rag. The only cheap thing I have found on this budget awning are the items in the tie down bag. This is definitely an area I don’t mind that they cheaper out on because it’s just the guy lines and the stakes which are easily replaced. Great budget awning at a great price.
