This is a wonderfully unique approach to foam blasters! The pump action toy has realistic action and loading and shell ejection. The build is tactical with add-on shell holders and there are a lot of shells and darts included. The action is clean without jamming as long as you give it a decisive pump and don't soft-peddal it. The range is pretty decent, and the sound is the same basic sound from most foam dart launchers. The toy was easy to assemble and super fun to play with, providing hours of fun. Note that this is probably something for older children, maybe eight plus, just due to the design, but it's likely safe enough for any child who can work the action and understand the mechanics. Loading is unique and much different than your classic foam dart toys. A great value for a super fun toy, highly recommended.

As far as toy guns go, this one is pretty fun to play with. The foam darts fit into a plastic shell casing that adds realism to a pump shotgun, as the shell pops out when the shotgun is pumped. The darts shoot a pretty good distance and stick to flat surfaces. Jamming is not an issue, as long as you don't try to put too many shells in at once. This is a good-value toy gun that brings fun while playing with it. It shows its durability when pumping out the ammo without breaking or coming apart.
