They do have some weight to them, so just know that if you are sensitive to it. The tread pattern on the bottom of the sole wraps up in the front to cover the layers, protecting them from scuffing apart. It also wraps up in the back to cover the fabric offering good protection there as well. Really happy with these sweet little thongs.

The heel is too big for me I should have noticed they were not flat.

Favorite summer shoe
I buy these every year because they are mine and my daughter's favorites ( and now my sister's favorites too!) we run them into the ground I only wish they would last a bit longer they are super comfortable and I wear they to walk and can dress them up they are volatile and versatile !

My third pair of Volatiles and I cannot say enough about the quality and comfort of these. My first pair is 6 years old and although they are showing some wear on the outside of the wedge, I’m still wearing them. These are my go to sandals when I’m going to be on my feet all day.

The best wedge ever!
From the moment I slipped the Volatile Island Wedge on, I knew it was going to be love. Soooo comfortable! From the beach to dressing them up with black pants, this wedge is so versatile. I’ve received so many compliments on them it’s crazy. Did I say they are super comfortable? I’m coming back for the neutral coloured ones next...
