Heartleaf Pore Cleansing Oil Mild, 6.76 fl oz

I really like this cleansing oil. It feels lightweight on the skin and does a good job of removing sunscreen, makeup, and excess oil without feeling too harsh. It also rinses off nicely and doesn’t leave my face feeling overly greasy afterward. The 6.76 fl oz bottle is a good size and should last quite a while since you only need a small amount each time. My skin feels clean and soft after using it. Overall, it’s a nice cleansing oil to use as the first step in a double-cleansing routine.

I have extremely sensitive, allergy prone, mature skin so was concerned about using this cleansing oil. I am new to the ‘double cleansing’ method of skin care but have fallen in love with it and this beautiful cleansing oil. It is light, hydrating but cleans effectively as my first step in cleansing. My makeup removes easily and once I add water to it, the oil emulsifies and cleanses wonderfully. My skin is not irritated and is left super soft. The Heartleaf in the oil just does something truly lovely to my skin…there is a brightness to it. The scent is light and fresh with a mint/eucalyptus aroma. It too does not bother my sensitive allergies. I have begun using all of the Anua products and find them high quality and high performing at an excellent price point. The pump packaging is excellent and convenient to use.

After researching several cleansing oils, I decided on the ANUA Heartleaf Cleansing Oil Mild, and I’m so glad I did. As someone with oily, acne-prone, and sensitive skin, I wanted something that would remove sunscreen and makeup without leaving my skin feeling stripped or irritated. This cleansing oil has been incredibly gentle. It’s fragrance-free, rinses clean, and leaves my skin feeling soft instead of tight. I also appreciate that it doesn’t leave behind a heavy, greasy residue. I’ve been using it as the first step of my double cleanse, and it has fit seamlessly into my routine. If you have sensitive skin and want an effective yet gentle cleansing oil, this is an easy five-star recommendation.

This is the first oil cleaner I'd ever gotten and it definitely did it's job. It did have a strong scent but I didn't mind it. The product lasted me a long time. Be sure to emulsify the cleanser before washing off otherwise it will break your skin out.

Not for my skin , I have periodontal dermatitis and this irritates my skin but it was worth a try. Overall the product is good but not for me. Thank you

This has become the first step of my double cleanse, especially when my nose and the areas around it start feeling congested. The biggest difference for me is when I spend around 5 minutes properly massaging the oil into the nose and surrounding areas rather than just applying and rinsing it off. I can actually feel the gritty bits loosening under my fingers, and afterwards the pores look much cleaner and the buildup around the nose is noticeably reduced. I then follow it with a normal water-based cleanser, which gets rid of the remaining oil and leaves my skin feeling properly clean without that stripped, tight feeling. My skin can be quite sensitive, so I’m usually cautious with anything that requires this much rubbing, but I’ve had no issue using this gently for several minutes. It has been much kinder to my skin than trying to physically squeeze or scrub at clogged pores. Definitely one of those products where technique matters. Don’t just rub it in for 20 seconds and rinse. Give it a few minutes around the congested areas and it works much better.

I used micellar water for years to remove my makeup but decided to change and try this instead. Much more effective, gentler on my skin and less drying.
