OXO Tot Baby Blocks Freezer Storage Containers Teal (4 Oz)

I love OXO so of course when I was looking for baby food containers, these were high up on the consideration list. They hold purées very well and have stood up to the dishwasher “sanitize” cycles on the top rack. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars for “easy to clean” was because the lids have 3 parts - the teal edge piece, the clear top, and the silicon ring. You can wash it as a unit, but to get a thorough cleaning, it should probably be taken apart. I’ve used the tops without the seal, and while nothing has leaked yet, I wouldn’t trust it if I were going to be putting the container in a bag or backpack where it may be sideways for an extended period.The color is nice and the markings seem to be accurate when compared with oz on a scale. The tray is nice but only useful if these are going to be stored on a flat surface, and since I make a batch of purée and pull one at a time, it isn’t always a good use of space to keep the tray in the freezer if only half of the spots have containers in them.The only thing that could be improved would be the option of glass, but other than that, these have been perfect for my (and my baby’s) needs.

I use silicone molds to freeze purées, then each week pop some frozen cubes into these containers, use blue tape and a sharpie to label if, then stick them in the fridge. They never leak. Like never. I still use them with my almost 3 year old so they’ve seen a lot of life and work great.

These storage containers are so sturdy and versatile. My kids are 8 and 11, we still use these for snacks, lunch boxes, travel beauty products, vitamins, leftovers, you name it. They don’t leak and the side measurements are handy for food or medicine. You wil not regret buying these.

These are great. I bought two sets, and then I came back and bought two more. They're great because of the little tray that holds them, which makes them so easy to stack and store. I initially bought the smaller size, but then exchanges them for the bigger size cause my one year old gobbles up a whole one at a sitting. I usually just bake the heck out of 4-5 sweet potatoes, and then squeeze the insides into the food processor, and add one or two small containers of unsweetened applesauce and blend away. It's so delicious, easy and good for her. Tastes like frosting to me (lol.) Anyway, these are a good buy. Freeze well and very easy to clean.

These are perfect for meal prepping and refrigerating or freezing. We have several sets in the 2 and 4 ounce sizes. Unfortunately, one of the 4 ounce containers fell out of our freezer when we opened the door and broke. The lid had several pieces that broke off and the bottom cracked. It was no linger usable.

Plastic so they don't break and are child safe-seal tight for baby foods and liquids. Great quality.

I originally bought glass baby jars to put my homemade baby food in but then was sad to hear that our daycare didn't allow glass for safety reasons. I went on the look for the perfect food jar and these are it!. I love that the containers don't feel like cheap flimsy plastic that could easily melt down when heating. I also love that these come with the container holders to make these easier to store in the fridge/freezer. Last thing I'd like to point out is that these have all the measurement markings on the side which is AMAZING and surprisingly hard to find. I love that I can easily measure out how much food to put in these jars and eyeball how much my baby girl had eaten within a sitting rather than making an educated guess. These are perfect! Would definitely recommend.

I use them for my dog’s food, however, but I thought I should review anyway. They are a perfect portion size for him, they stack well so that they don’t take up an enormous amount of space in my refrigerator, they heat in the microwave and go into the dishwasher. It would only be easier if someone else did it forI was using a larger bowl for several portions, putting his meal in a microwave safe bowl, and then putting it into his doggie dish. Less steps, less dishes. I’m sure you can tell I’m happy with the purchase
