The Ladybugs arrived in A1 condition. After giving them a refreshing drink, I will release this evening. They all look happy and ready to eat all those "little monsters" on my roses and other plants. I would recommend and buy again

Ok, let me start! 1st was sent by mail with a sticker that says don't put in mailbox. Of course, the mailman put it in the mailbox. Luckily I got it after a short time. But, there is no way 1500 ladybugs! Some were dead but I expected some loss.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I purchased these native lady beetles, and there was an issue with the carrier which resulted in a delay. I was concerned due to the intense heat in my area and reached out to the seller out of caution. They advised the package was out of their hands but to please let them know if the lady beetles did not make it, and they would issue a prompt replacement. Thankfully, there was no need. They arrived energetic, healthy and eager to break out of their temporary home. They immediately got a drink and began exploring the garden. I will be buying from this company again!
