I purchased this 9-piece grip trainer kit to improve grip strength and hand endurance, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how complete it is. Instead of just one hand gripper, it includes multiple tools that target different muscles in the hands, fingers, wrists, and forearms, making workouts feel more balanced. The different resistance levels make it easy to start where you’re comfortable and gradually increase the challenge. I also like that everything is compact enough to keep at my desk or toss in a bag, so it’s easy to fit in a few minutes of training throughout the day. The materials feel sturdy, the silicone pieces have a good grip, and nothing has shown signs of tearing or losing resistance after regular use. Whether you’re working on grip strength for fitness, climbing, golf, tennis, or simply looking to improve hand endurance, this kit offers a lot of variety for the price. My only suggestion would be to include a small guide with sample workouts or a recommended progression, especially for beginners who aren’t sure which pieces to use first. Overall, this is a well-made, versatile kit that provides a great mix of strengthening and finger dexterity exercises. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable way to build hand and forearm strength.

I was going to return these at first because I found a different set that included more plus balls and finger exerciser, but I decided to keep them because the resistance is accurate, but also every item is properly labeled with the weight and the material is really good quality. I’m pretty sure this is the exact brand that my physical therapist used, and it also comes with a little bag that fits not only what it came with, but all of the finger stretchers and balls and grip rings from the other set that I bought. I’m currently recovering from a car accident where I sustained a thumb, wrist and neck injury and i’m dealing with a lot of pain, weakness and mobility issues, but these have helped so far to rehabilitate myself since my hand is incredibly weak still five months later. The price is also very fair, this was the most affordable set yet the quality is great

These make awesome fidget toys. I like that as you play with them, they add an in body sensory experience with muscle fatigue that makes me feel more grounded. I even use these at work as a nurse while I review charts, and I love that they're easy to sanitize. I was worried I progressed too quickly to the highest weight, but the lower weights are better for long term use, like if I use them for hours throughout the day. I took a star off because I do worry the tension will loosen with long term use.

This little kit is great and surprisingly cheap for what you get. Cannot speak to its longevity yet since I've only had it for a week or two, but I am very pleased with all of the contents – makes it easy to strengthen my hands.

Every single piece of the set works well enough, except for the 50/60 pound "donut." That specific donut is defective, since it has no "spring" in comparison to the other two donuts. When you squeeze the other two, they "push back" against you. The 50/60 pound one does not, and happens to be easier to compress than the 30/40 pound one. I looked at the packaging and reading materials to see if there was a way to contact their in-house customer service to get a replacement for that specific item of the set, but I didn't see any inferences to be able to. Since everything else works well, and the set was relatively inexpensive, I don't feel the need to return/exchange it. I'll just find a different donut if I decide to.

I really like this grip strength set. It comes with several different resistance levels, which makes it easy to start at a comfortable level and gradually increase the resistance. The different pieces are useful for working not only the grip but also the fingers and forearms. The materials feel solid and everything is easy to use. It’s a great little kit to keep at home and use whenever I have a few minutes. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality and how well it works

The product it’s self is great, it’s quality material, durable. What is even more impressive is the packaging, it comes in this cool impressive looking box with a manual that explains everything about the hand’s anatomy, with instructions as well for exercises. As soon as I saw the box I was already impressed, and just kept getting more and more impressed as I went on. I don’t know much about this company but you guys did great, and a very fair price. Thank you. If you’re looking to get better grip, work your hands/forearms, rehab, or help tendons, prevent tendon pain, or aid in already tendon issue, this is the way to go, and this is a good product. I’m buying a second set for my parents.
