Simple and easy to use.; works just as described (although I didn't test the keyboard shortcut because I'm not running Windows). Good solid construction (metal body) and buttons with a firm click. Wish it could work with keyboard shortcut and no special software to install on OS. I'm sharing a USB keyboard (plugged in) and a Logitech receiver for a wireless trackball. Keyboard works perfectly but every so often I have to power cycle the trackball - not sure if that is an issue with the switch or Logitech but I'm going to guess the later since a power cycle fixes it.

I would have given it five stars based on the fact that it initially worked well and connected to all the computers we were using and was a big help, ending our need to constantly move the printer cable around. Yesterday, when attempting to print something, I noticed the lights were off and the box was DOA. We have been using it going on two months now and while it was nice to have, I can't justify buying another given the short life we got out of it.

I currently run all four ports to four different computers. It switches fast and not one glitch during any switching. The one thing I'll note is if your having problems with port 4 then use a shorter USB cable. I had four 10' USB cables and I couldn't get port 4 to work. When I used a 6' cable on port 4 it worked just like the rest of the ports. So if you having any issues try shorter cables.

Works perfectly. Allows me to plug my mouse and keyboard into three different computers and switch the input with a push of a button.

No USB cables to come with. The other brand EKL comes with 4 usb cables and cheaper price.
