I like the pureness & size of these capsules; small round shape easily swallowed. I also love that the price is much lower than many stores selling similar capsules. I would recommend these CoQ10 capsules for anyone who wants to take a supplement to compliment heart related medications.

I take 200 mg of CoQ10 daily. Because I am on a daily statin medication, I have to take CoQ10 supplements to prevent muscle cramps. I have found that 200 mg/day is the lowest dosage that prevents these cramps. This CoQ10 is fine. It definitely works. And I can easily tell whether a particular CoQ10 supplement is working by whether I get muscle cramps. If I forget to take my CoQ10--even for a day--I start getting muscle cramps. It's unclear exactly where these are manufactured. The bottle says "formulated in the USA," which does not necessarily mean manufactured. It also says t is manufactured in a FDA-inspected facility. The FDA does inspect facilities outside the U.S. In my experience, if a product is manufactured in the USA (or in an equally "trustworthy" country, such as Canada or the UK), it will explicitly say so on the bottle because this is a huge selling point. My biggest problem with these is that the bottle is not completely forthcoming about the dosage. The front simply says "200mg." This led me to believe that each softgel contained 200mg of CoQ10. This is not the case. It contains 200mg of CoQ10 "per serving," which is 2 softgels. There are other reliable makers of CoQ10 who manufacture softgels with 200 (or even 300) mg per softgel, and at a comparable (or better) price.
