Not the Rye Bread Taste Wanted: Nein!
I don’t know what this is but it is NOT rye bread. Dry, stale-tasting, rather disgusting. The trash wins again. ☹️

Good bread
When I first tasted this bread, YUK, I put it the freezer,saved it and tried again later,then decided to toast it I put ghee butter and garlic salt,and the bread stayed together, it did not fall apart and tasted at least 50% better,now I make healthy sandwiches by toasting it first,with mayo and spices, iam sticking with it,because iam tired of the bread industry poisoning me,with their crap products. Now I found out olive oil isn't olive oil,it's all fake. Now I cook with ghee butter.

What American bread should be like . No junk in it

It is solid grains with coarse texture or taste. I lived in Germany and never saw bread like this. I could not eat it.
