A yummy and crunchy snack. Healthy and filling.

I love these. They are a crunchy, delicious and low carb, low fat, protein rich snack. I use them as an afternoon pick me up before dinner. It gets me through the hunger that sets in at around 2. They will definitely be something I keep on hand. Best flavor to me is wasabi. But they have ranch, sea salt, and Sriracha flavors too.

"Outdoor person review" I take these fishing and kayaking on long days. Great protein on the go. Great crunchy snack with a nice balance of savory and wasabi flavor. The roasted edamame has a satisfying texture and makes an easy snack when you want something different. Convenient to take on the go.

I really love these spicy little guys. If you like Wasabi, this is your crunch. Very tasty. A healthy snack alternative. And a great thing to keep in your pantry as they last for a bit.

I looooove these snacks. The soy/wasabi ones have just enough spice. On a keto diet I pair them with pecans and have a little snack bag for the day.
