This is my product of choice to get my daily Psyllium in. It is effective. It blends easily with a blender stick. You need to swallow quickly or it will get thicker. The taste is neutral. I have had no side effects from it. My GI Dr. told me that I need to take a product daily like this after my last colonoscopy.

I've been using Konsyl since being prescribed it by the VA a long time ago for digestive issues. Since then, I've tried all the other brands and have always come back to Konsyl as it has proven to be the best at providing the help I was looking for. Reading the negative comments has me shaking my head. People are complaining that it doesn't taste good. If you want something that tastes good, get the orange flavored Metamucil. If you want something that works, get the Konsyl. One that really made me roll my eyes was the person complaining because he likes to sprinkle his fiber into his coffee and this product clumped up like others did not. Yeah, that's the whole point of fiber, to clump up and form bulk. This is not a fiber you can put into your favorite drink and sip on it. Take 8 ounces of cold water and put it into a shaker bottle. Add a teaspoon of powder, close the lid and shake like a crazy person for 10-15 seconds. After that, drink immediately. If you're not someone who can drink that much at once, drink half, shake again and finish it off. Taste can't be described as good, but it's not anything repulsive that you're going to gag on. If you want fiber that works, there's nothing better than Konsyl. If you want fiber that tastes good or doesn't clump in your favorite beverage, stick with the more common store brands.

Love this product. Its different from other similar products because the psyllum husk is ground fine which works for my system making it productive and smooth. Other similar products makes me feel backed up. Very happy with this product.

Using daily. Still trying to get used to the taste. Other more expensive products taste the same.

A reliable way to get Konsyl. I did get the normally included scooper which is fine. Good enough

I like it . No taste . Little bit difficult to dissolve it on cold water , but I don’t mind .

Very effective, and good digestion; I mix it in water with a fork and mix quickly otherwise it turns in thick sludge. I like the fact that it is tasteless! And that there are no added ingredients to the fiber.

I tried another slightly cheaper brand with the exact same ingredients for a few months. The intended effect seemed to be much less. I wondered if I needed to up my daily dosage. I went back to Konsyl and things improved with my original dosage. I know this is a small sample size for an experiment and I know of no study to confirm my results. But I will continue to use only Konsyl and not waste any further time or money.
