What fragrance notes are in this? Is it just straight vanilla?

Hi - it’s just “plain” vanilla. To me, it smells like sugar cookies baking. Everyone that catches the scent, says “Oh, I smell something sweet, like someone’s baking cookies”. It’s not floral, and has no detectable under-notes. Also, it smells very natural and is NOT overly sickly smelling or chemical smelling like some brands.

Did the packaging change on this perfume? I dont want to buy it if its not the 1936 Vanille

I think so. I didn't have the original but from what the reviews all say it is the same. I'm happy with it.

What (besides bottle size and label art) is the difference between this and the smaller bottle called Vanille Eau de Toilette by the same manufacture?

It is the same just bigger size and better deal. It smells exactly the same

why is this outside packaging/label different than the one sold in other stores?
