These last a very long time. The first one I put on 8 months ago and it shows no signs of wearing out. My wife changes hers often to match her outfits and it is very quick and easy to do.

The braided watch bands are very comfortable & your wrist doesn't sweat in hot weather like the rubber watch bands. Really like them.
