They are shiny in a dark way.. I think it’s because of the spaces between the rhinestones. It’s a gray sparkle, instead of a white sparkle.I used them to keep my bangs out of the way and they didn’t catch in my hair at all. They were lightweight, too.There are glue splotches in the front after the two up and down rows of rhinestones. The sliver tone clips have a function length of 1-5/8” and are 2-3/8” long.They come neatly arranged on card stock with a clear plastic bag around them and look gift-able :)P.S. I dropped one on my sock and I guess it’d got caught in it because when I picked it up it snagged my sock. So the rhinestones do snag things.

This set comes with 6 of the same style/size hair clips with rhinestone "chain" decor. This chain means there's a lot of metal vs. just pure rhinestones, but it gives a less bright and shiny look. Cute as long as you understand that is what you are getting. This likely helps keep the rhinestones from falling off as easily, but it does affect the "look".

I love these rhinestone hair clips! They are a snap clip style. You receive 6 clips which is great since I’m sure my tween will be helping herself to these! They are very sparkly and seem well made. I was nervous because I’ve ordered rhinestone hair clips in the past that have had a strong adhesive odor. I’m happy to say that these clips do not have any smell that I could detect. Overall, a great product!

These rhinestone hair clips are pretty to look at, but the metal on the backs have some sharp edges on just about all of them. One gave me a cut like a paper cut when I put it in my hair. They will stay in hair that has texture, but they slide in very straight hair.

The clips have smooth edges, so they don’t damage my hair. The rhinestones are affixed so that they bend with the clip. They are durable. These glittery hair clasps are what I wanted. Sparkly fun. They're easy for anyone to use and have a strong grip. I like the larger size of the clasps. Rhinestones are fluid with the clasp itself, no gaps, a great quality design. You get six, great value.

I was excited to throw these clips in my cart. Most of my rhinestone clips have plastic rhinestones glued on to a plastic or metal clip. These clips have rhinestones that are encased in metal and then the metal is glued on to a metal alligator clip. I expected a much higher end look.While the clips do look classier, and the hold is good (tight) they do not sparkle as much as I'd hoped -- even when using the flash (see photos). They are decent, but not great. Hope this helps! :-)

Clever design, simple design, smart! Rhinestone embellished of those everyday snap - type clips. Inexpensive and versatile. I think these will be popular. Great price!
