I use this mini freezer at my massage clinic to keep cold stones chilled during treatments, and it works great. The build quality is solid, and it's surprisingly quiet. While I can hear the compressor turn on occasionally during a massage, it is soft enough that it has never disturbed a client. Highly recommend it for professional or personal use!

I just have to tell you about the "HOMCOM Mini Freezer Countertop, 1.1 Cu.Ft " that I purchased and how great it tis. Arrived well packaged, without incident, started right up and very detailed instructions. I've had it running for exactly one month today and has worked just fine. I keep it at #3 setting, and it is very quiet except for the occasional click of the shutting off cycle. I live in a rented room so I'm really glad it is quiet. Someone mentioned that it is not frost free and that it was a big mess when defrosting, but mine only built up a thin layer of ice in one month. I decided to thaw it just to see what would happen. Well instead of putting a tray in front for melted ice I just laid two hand towels inside and they absorbed what water was in there after the ice melted. Very nice little freezer that keeps everything frozen hard. Not a bad price either.

super cute color, convenient size outside, but way smaller inside than i hoped/thought. just barely fit my 15lb cat who passed away recently, so anyone looking to keep a loved pet cold should keep that in mind; otherwise, a perfect dorm freezer. it freezes from warm quickly and super well, functions beyond expectations to be honest, and the thing is near silent. imagine if you will, a reverse tardis: smaller on the inside than it looks from the outside by a LOT.

The top half of the freezer is on par with standard fridges, but the bottom half is significantly smaller. You can still put in a few things there, but just keep in mind that this freezer offers less space overall than a regular fridge. I've seen some reviews say that this freezer is quiet, but that's only partially true. When the freezer reaches its designated temperature, it can "turn off" and make no sounds until it needs to cool down the contents of your freezer again. By then, you will hear a click and a minor buzzing sound. I've set my freezer at 4 out of 5, and everything inside froze nicely. Keep in mind that the instruction manual says you have to do a manual defrost. Otherwise, I think this freezer is phenomenal for its price. Oh, and make sure to read the booklet inside the freezer before you plug it in. It specifies that you must put the freezer in its upright position for 24 hours before using it.
