My small dog was holding her leg up and yelping when she put weight on it. We couldn't get into the vet for weeks, so we put the brace on it until then. It withstood her nipping at it and stayed on. It was so comfortable that she was able to walk on her leg normally after a few minutes. When the brace did slip off, we didn't realize it until we noticed she was jumping around and running without it. I believe the brace allowed her leg to be immobilized the couple of weeks it took to heal. This saved me hundreds of dollars in emergency vet bills. Excellent product!

I have a little Italian greyhound puppy, who had broke her wrist, and it's crooked it fit perfectly. She struggled with a little bit, but she's walking on it just fine. It might slip off ,just have to re-adjust and it's working pretty well. Only needs to be on 6 hours no more each day, that's what the doctor says. Nice tight fit, but not too tight. Instructions clearly state to not insert into a child. LOL. In all seriousness, the brace seems well made and sturdy and fits well on my pup. Hopes that it will help him heal faster, to early to tell though.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These.slip.on my dogs legs. Really didn't use them when my pup was hurt. May have bought them too big. Furbaby is 90 lbs and I bought a large. He is a mastiff. Description for size reference.

After seeing how quickly this worked, I knew I needed to write a review. My Australian shepard has developed carple tunnel syndrome and was in need of a brave opposed to surgery. Her wrist popped with every movement and I didn't want to see her in any more discomfort.The braces came last night and I put it on her right away. Besides thinking I strapped 20lbs of lead to her leg, within a couple of minutes she was walking with no popping.This morning she is completely accustomed to it and while we may here an occasional pop... she is doing great. What drew me to this was a negative review where the buyer stated they were upset it wasn't more stiff. That's exactly what we needed. Enough support to stop the tendons from popping but not destroy her ability to move with ease. We'll these braces did that and I am grateful for both positive and negative responses...you never know what someone needs to hear.

This product has helped my old dog to even run through the grass again. It is bringing back his youth.
